Chakra Meditation Using Reiki Symbols and Violet Flame

Chakra healing, clearing and cleansing is very important. Having unbalanced, clogged or blocked chakras lead to a lot of physical, emotional, and mental problems in our life. We all know that chakras are the energy centres in our body and they govern the various organs of our body. Energy flow in our body gets disrupted or stopped if the Chakras are blocked or unbalanced. We need to keep our Chakra System well maintained for it to run or work efficiently. The most effective method is Meditation.

Below is the full procedure to do it:

1. Find a comfortable place in your house. Sit in a comfortable pose.
2. Dim the lights to relax your surroundings. You can light an incense stick or use an diffuser with an essential oil.
3. Breathe in / Breathe out three times and while doing it ask Archangel Michael to clear you inside out and protect and shield you from all negative and harmful energies.
4. Relax.
5. Visualize a white beam or pillar of light entering through your Crown Chakra running till your Root Chakra and Entering Mother Earth and reaching the Earths Diamond. You are now connected to the source of the Divine Light and Energy.
6. Draw the 3 Reiki Symbols – HSZSN followed by CKR and SHK. Seal it with CKR. Draw these symbols on your palm. Visualize a huge urn of Violet Flame or Light in front of you.

7. Start with the Root chakra.
8. Place your palm on the Root Chakra and take a deep breath visualizing the energy flowing into the Root Chakra.
9. This energy in your Root Chakra is turning into bright radiant red energy. As you concentrate on this radiant red color, chant the beej mantra LAM. This will activate and heal the Root Chakra. Continue chanting for 2 minutes. Imagine all the problems / blockages of the Root Chakra going up in flames in the Violet Flame and getting transmuted. Relax.
10. Now move your palm up to the Sacral chakra and repeat the step 8 and 9 and visualize Orange Color while chanting the Beej Mantra VAM. Continue for 2 minutes. Relax.
11. Repeat this for all chakras :
    • Solar Plexus chakra – Yellow – RAM
    • Heart chakra – Green – YAM
    • Throat chakra – Blue – HAM
    • Third Eye chakra – Indigo – Om
    • Crown chakra – Violet – Silence
12. Now visualize all the Colours of the chakras from Root up to the Crown chakra emerging with one another and turning into bright white light of purity.
13. The Violet Flame has consumed all the blockages and problems and has transmuted all negativity into positivity. The Reiki symbols have healed and powered the chakras with the divine energy. Now you can feel the purity of the divine in you. You are now healed completely.

The whole of the procedure does not take more than 15 minutes. Experience the beauty and energy of the wonderful Divine.
