The Reiki Turbo Technique

This technique, developed by the Brazilian Reiki Master Johny Di’Carli, uses only three positions with an application time of five minutes in each position thus allowing us to have a quick treatment in just 15 minutes. It can be used either in self-application or for treating others.

I don’t recommend it to be used for self-treatment during the 21 days stabilization period after an attunement. Although this is a quick treatment you should proceed as usual as for “standard” treatments; cleaning, protection; intention…..

Positions to consider:

 I  – Hands in the First Head Position (due to the variety of sequences used in treatments,          use hands in front of the eyes);
 II  – Hands in the Heart Chakra Position;
 III – Hands in the Root Chakra Position.

• Draw the three symbols HSZSN, SHK, and CKR – in this sequence – in your hands and repeat their names thrice.
• Place your hands in the first head position and state, mentally or in loud voice, that “my hand’s position corresponds the head positions – Crown Chakra; Third Eye Chakra; Back of the Head and Throat Chakra”.
• Place your hands in the Heart Chakra position and state, mentally or in loud voice, that “my hand’s position corresponds the three front positions – Heart Chakra; Solar Plexus Chakra and Splenic or Sexual Chakra”.
• Place your hand in the Root Chakra position and state, mentally or in loud voice, that “my hand’s position corresponds to the Root Chakra, Knees and Feet positions”.
