Its rightly said many of us have hidden fears, experiences or some past issues which we have been unable to release for years owing to which our present life is affected due to lots of subconscious blockages and mind-conditioning. So why not go back to that certain even of life and face hidden fear, hurt, pains and traumas and release them. Why not pull all these blocks into your present and make peace with it and release it for better future of one and all.
- To begin with, I suggest that you note the past issue that is affecting you and prevent you from going further.
- If possible, write down the age since then and the year the event took place.
- Then ground yourself by imagining roots coming out from the soles of your feet going deep into mother Earth.
- Centre yourself through deep breathing.
- Invoke higher spiritual beings and intend to release a specific issue from your timeline.

- Now draw HSZSN symbol and connect to that specific memory. Imagine you are replaying everything in present. After that pause at places where you wished to release anger/hurt/guilt/ fears or cry loudly i.e all your emotions which you could not release. You may also write down your feeling if you choose too.
- After this draw SHK intending to cleanse your subconscious of all unwanted memories. You may also send energies to meet a specific person with whom you have lost contact and wish to meet personally to settle all issues or do soul communication with the concerned person to send/receive messages. Meditate and send healing for 10-15 minutes. After this visualize this memory transmute into a light golden ball and you hand the golden ball all higher spiritual beings hold the golden light ball and release it in the universe.
- Seal your healings with CKR the Power symbol.
- End the process with positive affirmation and gratitude to higher spiritual beings and Divine energies.
- You can then burn the paper where you have expressed your emotions and throw the ashes in the air.
P.S If you have intended, someone from past to connect to you then please be patient and believe your feelings will reach the concerned person through telepathy. If it’s in your highest good then at the right time the person may even communicate with you through some sources or even meet you to settle unresolved issues. I have personally faced this and the concerned person contacted me after 10 years and after this, I feel we both have released a major block in our lives. So it all requires patience, belief, and surrender.
So make peace with your past, let your past shake hands with your present and bless you with a beautiful tomorrow!
