Since the ages, there are many practices that help with achieving internal purification. Shat-karma, mantra-chanting, and meditation in yoga. In Reiki, there are The Five Principles, cleansing aura, healing body with Reiki symbols and advance meditations technique for healing the body, mind, and soul. Reiki works according to nature’s law of Cause and Effect and Like Attracts Like. Reiki is a cosmic energy that works with symbols, visualization/thought, and sound.
Our body’s chakras and organs resonate distinct sound patterns and signify the work according to that being assigned to them. For example, the Root chakra is the powerhouse of basics needs, survival, and security. Reiki provides all of the tools to cope with the problems that the mind has created since ages and carried forwarded all sorts of suffering to mankind.
When the entire body is influenced under nerve current that stops all the conditioned thought of the mind; real wisdom arises out of one’s own self-realization of truth that provides the meaning of life. True freedom arises when the mind is fully controlled. The word and thought, are inseparable, part of being and without them life is impossible; so long as man has existed on this earth, there have been words (Shabad) and language. If there is a word then the sound would definitely stimulate each and every chakra of the body along with major organs of the body. Molecular vibration never ceases, it remains in the atoms whether things are destroyed or not hardly matter. So prior to setting on a journey of superconsciousness one needs to tame the mind. Aversion and craving have been calmed down by awareness of breathing, this is the tool which keeps the mind tranquil at least at the conscious plane, the wisdom that comes of experiences during awareness would enable one to become free from these conditionings.
The first lesson is to control the breath; in a measured way that harmonises the system, that harmonises the prana flows in the body through spinal cord in nerves originating from the specific sub-centres. Rhythmic breathing is required for the purposes of controlling the nerves firstly. The nerve centre that controls the respiratory organs has a sort of controlling effect on the other’s nerves too. The effect of rhythmically breathing would be felt within a few days that manifests in refine voice, glow on the face, body becomes light and meditation seems to be easier which is not felt before; when one breathes naturally, it will control the motion of the lungs which acts upon the nerve currents further to which flows within the entire body, so gradually all the major Nadis are becoming active and starting to break the suffering of being that are buried in lower planes since ages. These suffering are the unhealthy bonds that have been collected when one has been under an immense emotional state of the mind or when the perception has been conceived wrongly under the influence of some unhealthy relationship.
The journey is being started from active nature (consciousness) to inactive state (superconsciousness) of pure being would be called as the highest transformation of life force transcendental; in this ultimate state of being, one would find oneself in ecstasy which makes one able to give up fabricated attachments to the external world and travelling through the realm of eternity. Timelessness is pure consciousness, the essence of our existence; in fact, all material attachment are to be dropped.
In short, the higher state of existence comprises of beyond word, beyond light, beyond space, beyond energy, beyond perception, beyond voidness, beyond stillness, beyond knowledge and beyond light. All of these attributes of the superconscious is the ultimate goal of true sages and to attain this stage they have to have undergone through many stages of austerities. This is the true wisdom when one reaches this level of mind and an entire understanding by direct experience of truth deep within oneself.
Here are some tips that make you able to refine emotions/thoughts and helps you to make the conjunction with soul and nature for the higher state of consciousness. Prior to going ahead, one needs to understand the three lower chakras’ Paran urja/energy and its working.
Parana is the life energy in the shape of air that works the machinery of the body with a five-fold movement and said to be five Parana- Prana, Apana, Samana, Vyana and Udana.
The crown chakra is the junction between prana of the body and prana of the universe.
Prana is the main prana located at centre of the body and keeps the heart and lungs working properly.
Apana-prana is located at the coccygeal region that helps in discharging the wastes from the body.
Vyana-prana is spread to the entire body and manifests all senses alive.
Samana Vayu (balancing air) is a centralizing force of energy that draws from the boundary of stomach to the navel and of spiralling movements around the navel areas or Manipuri chakras/solar plexus in clockwise direction to maintain the processing and assimilation of all that is taken in the body of whether it is food or emotions. Samana Vayu unites both Prana, Vayu and Apana Vayu of two energies together in the navel/Manipur chakras to which further being utilised for purifying Agni/fire within the body. In this area where Samana is pervaded for those who want to change their emotion and digestive problem could give Reiki upon the Solar Plexus and below chakras. Balanced Samana Vayu will provide good health by balancing of metabolism, hormones, and appetite. Samana Vayu’s task is to keep the fire burning properly by churning motion to navel so that the processing and assimilation would be carried out properly. Prana is a current/life force/cosmic energy and Samana Vayu is just like the wind or mechanism of the body to use the life force for ascribed work. If the wind is strong, the fire would definitely be strong, so if the wind is weak then it can mean only the fire will also weak in the body, Prana and Samana of doing their work to maintain the fire/jathar Agni. Navel area is the store house of energy that is governed by Samana and when it is connected with Prana it will attribute to good health and makes the spiritual journey easy.
