Wendel brothers, Barton and Geoffrey Wendel channeled and developed Imara Reiki. The name “Imara” means more, so Imara Reiki simply means more Reiki. In comparison to other renowned forms of Reiki practices today, Imara Reiki is more intense and uses higher level of vibrations to heal. As you may have already known, the healing energy within human body and universe is divided into 5 different levels of energy based on energy vibrations and frequency bands. Other Reiki forms like Usui Reiki use first three energy levels while Karuna Reiki use 4th level of energy frequency but Imara is considered as the most intense as it is known as level 5 energy Reiki.
How is it Different?
As the Imara Reiki is level 5 Reiki, the attunements and effects of Imara Reiki are slightly different from other simple forms of Reiki. There is no use of symbols in Imara Reiki as common in other forms of Reiki.

Connecting With Past!!
By using Imara Reiki, Reiki practitioners or Reiki Masters can create a very strong spiritual connection mostly with higher beings and with past memories. The healing is most effective in reducing or eliminating the psychological effects of any bad past experience. It is a well established practice to resolve issues related to past life and its effects on present life. As such healing requires deep meditation and intense energy healing, Imara Reiki is commonly used to heal issues buried deep in human psyche. People who are suffering from emotional, physical or spiritual traumas as a result of repressed feelings can be treated with the help of Imara Reiki. Many people who are treated with the help of Imara Reiki claimed that their past life issues were resolved and they find themselves in better psychological condition after going through Imara Reiki energy healing treatment.
Even though, Imara Reiki is considered an intense level 5 Reiki, but once you are attuned to Imara Reiki, you will find it very easy to implement. Imara Reiki feels different from other forms of Reiki and it is surveyed that most Reiki masters enjoy Imara Reiki healing. Mostly, Reiki practitioners use intense distance healing technique to heal a recipient. If Imara healing is used to resolve past issues using a distance healing technique, it is important for Reiki Master to acquire information about the receiver in advance.
To learn Imara Reiki, a person must be above the age of 18 and already a Reiki Master. It is also suggested that a respectable Reiki Master must perform Imara Reiki due to its use of higher energy frequencies. This is the reason why you need to learn about the lower energy level Reiki first before learning about Imara Reiki. It is important that you know how to deal and control lower energy frequencies before getting attunement to Imara Reiki. It is also preferred to use simple Reiki to heal first. If the issues are not resolved through Usui Reiki and karuna Reiki, than choose Imara Reiki.
