Tattva Reiki

Tattva was a technique developed by the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. It was/has been used by multiple people for astral clairvoyance.

In the Hindu Philosophy Tattva from the Samkhya Hindu philosophy, where a certain breathing technique named swar is used.

Tattva Reiki was introduced in this world by Dr. Karishma Shetty in the year 2020 when she was guided by her aradhya (the one she worships) Lord Shiva guided her to go ahead and form this beautiful modality named Tattva Reiki.

Reiki is an ancient concept, and so is the concept of Tattva. Reiki involves symbols, colours, and the universal energy to help others, which was then combined with the energies of the tattva (5 elements of the world) to heal self and others.

What is unique about this Reiki is not only does one use the elemental symbols and colours of Air, Water, Fire, Earth and Spirit to heal, but also there are specific hand movements which are taught particularly to heal one’s Past, Past Present, Present Future, and Future.

Dr. Shetty emphasises that Tattva always teaches us a lot about self and others, any imbalance in the elements within our body, will react to the outside world be it physical, emotional, spiritual or even situational.

Eg. An imbalance in the water element can cause a lot of negative feelings, an imbalance in the fire element can cause one to be extremely jealous, an imbalance in the air element may cause one may to appear snooty, and an imbalance in the earth element may make one stubborn and imbalance in the spirit element may make one vulnerable to psychic attacks to name a few. Hence it is very important to balance the energies within our body.

As one progresses in their journey with Tattva Reiki there are symbols, elements, placement of elements, direction governed by the elements, and colours everything plays a major role. Apart from that, each element (Tattva) is also associated with a particular healing purpose.

Tattva Reiki also needs an attunement to be practiced but unlike other Reiki’s doesn’t have a hands-on healing, but it is more of use of affirmations and hand movements. Eg. to heal the past, we move the left hand in a certain direction, for past-present scenarios, we move the right hand in a certain direction, with the necessary affirmations. The healing is done in a very unique manner that is not only issue specific but also helps in healing with dimensions and time-related issues. As we progress into higher levels of the healing modality, not only the intensity of healing increases, but many complex issues like DNA healing, Karmic healing, family patterns also can be healed.

One has to undergo 84 days of cleansing in Tattva Reiki, and one doesn’t have to be a Reiki practitioner to learn this beautiful modality. I hope you do learn this beautiful healing and change your life for the better.
