How Simple is your Reiki Practice?

Article by Taryn Walker

Reiki doesn’t have to be complicated. The beauty of it lies in how pure and simple it is. Reiki requires no special ritual or arrangements. It is always immediately available wherever you are.

While creating sacred space, using crystals and oracle cards can add some magic to a Reiki session, we don’t need any of these things for a profound Reiki experience. Simply connect with Reiki and notice your response. It’s so natural.

The simplicity of it makes daily self practice easily possible. Consistent practice is what allows for the gradual deepening of an inner spiritual connection.

Simple Reiki

Keep it simple. Do it every day.

What a gentle way to realise the truth of your being.

She believes that Reiki can reveal our natural ability to heal ourselves and this empowers us to take responsibility for our lives. She works a lot with distant Reiki and loves the way it allows people to experience the illusion of separation.
