Trusting the Process

When we get into and learn to trust our feelings ~ our Heart Center ~ rather than placing trust in logic or mind matters, we are learning to trust our intuition. Now is a perfect time for us to learn to trust our Intuition. Our Intuition will guide us forward through the chaos that is imminent on Gaia much more effectively than our logical mind will.

Establishing a solid and workable routine for our spiritual practice is so important if we wish to live a spiritual Life. If we incorporate Reiki into our daily routine, we are powered by magnificent energy all day long! As we most likely have learned in our training as Reiki Practitioners, Reiki is always with us when we are attuned and practicing with it daily. Reiki is universal energy, and energy can neither be created nor destroyed. It simply is.

Energy is always with us, too, as our bodies are powered with pure, unadulterated energy. The functions of our physical bodies happen because of energetic and autonomic processes, from the function of our brains right down to the functions of the smallest cells.

When we establish a daily routine that fits comfortably into our daily life, we choose the easiest and most effective way to connect with Spirit and with our Higher Self. Routine enables the physical mind to relax, knowing that it is to expect a certain process at a certain time. The routine we choose doesn’t have to be intense and complicated. It can be as simple as upon awakening in the morning, we call in the Reiki Masters & other spiritual guides who surround us constantly and/or the God or gods of our personal understanding. Ask that we remain focused throughout the day on being our best self, and bring Reiki into our hearts and mind. Then, we surround ourself with loving and healing Reiki Energy for the day.

That’s it!

Alternatively, we can add on to our spiritual practice, creating an elaborate and beautiful time that we spend in meditation or consciousness each and every day, for as long as we choose. Spiritual practices begin as simple or as elaborate as we choose them to be. They are a perfect way to start our day with focus, love, and healing. When we learn to trust the process, to trust our Intuition and our Heart rather than our mind, we are learning to live our lives as spiritual beings having human experiences.
