What Are Parallel Realities? Shift to Best Versions of Your Reality!

Facets of various astronomical theories bring us many concepts, one of them being, Parallel reality. This brings us to the theory that multiple universes are existing at the same time and that infinite possibilities exist in real-time. There is another proposed theory that 5 types of multiverses exist. Infinite universes, Bubble universes, Daughter universes, Mathematical universes, and Parallel universes.

Now today we are talking about the Parallel universes and the idea of shifting ourselves to the best possible reality for us. Like any other theory, not everyone is in favor of parallel reality but for those who care or believe, it has infinite possibilities.

Are you living the best life?

If you are not happy with a situation, relationship, job or any other circumstances then there is a chance that you can shift to a reality where you are in more favorable or perfect circumstances.

Attention is very crucial if you wish to manifest!

Anything that you pay attention to will grow. Now the thing is what you are paying attention to. If I tell you that you are choosing what you are then at first you might ignore, but eventually, if you dive deep within yourself you may notice that the reactions you give to people and situations tend to bend your reality. Paying attention is the key here.

Every minute you radiate energies of different kinds, now you can choose whether you want to send energies to that workplace gossiping or building your work quality. You know who will win in the mentioned situation.

Steps to help you shift to the Best Version of Reality

You are already shifting many realities in real-time as you read this article. State of mind is everything that you need to consciously choose as you try to shift your realities. Knowing that the things you desire already exist with you is one thing that should calm your mind. When you already have access to something you desire, you don’t continuously stress over it, you are satisfied! This is the only thing that people cannot do or have a hard time accepting. You could also ask yourself, What can I do to change my existing reality? Is there something that you need to let go of or some kind of up-gradation to your current reality? These are some questions to answer…

• Are you exaggerating a situation, emotion or person?
• Are you choosing peace over and over again?
• Is your belief stronger than before?
• How do you feel right now as you read this article, good, bad or neutral?
• What’s good in this situation that you are trying to escape?
• Are you willing to let go of the judgment you are holding on to so dearly?
• Are you ready to shift to the best version of reality?
• Are you maintaining the neutrality of emotions instead of reacting to every trivial matter?

The mentioned questions are some important reflection questions that you need to ask yourself when you feel stuck or want to jump to a better reality.

Here is a quick meditation to help you choose best reality of your existence!

• Close your eyes, inhale deeply and claim your sacred space
• Know and focus on one thing that you desire
• Imagine how would you react to it when you have access to that desire, visualize the surroundings and ways you will utilize it in
• You should also experience the joy of having that desire
• If you are attuned to Reiki, you can further strengthen the bond between you and your best reality is sending Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen and Sei-He-Ki to that reality
• Declare that you are living in your desired reality already
• Breathe deep and promise yourself to love and enjoy the reality you have just shifted into

Remember you change reality every second with your brain and its habit to judge or put things in particular frames of solidified thought-forms. Send constructive thoughts and believe that you are constantly moving towards the best version of reality.
