Depression is a very serious and dangerous mental health disorder which causes significant impairment in the daily life of a person. This disease is so common nowadays because of various reasons in the modern lifestyle of human beings that more than 10 million cases of depression per year are being reported only in India.
1. What are the symptoms of depression?
1. Persistent depressed mood
2. Feeling of sadness
3. Loss of interest in the pleasurable activities
4. Loss of sexual power
5. Thought of suicide
6. Sleeplessness or oversleeping
7. Loss of appetite or overeating
8. Weight loss/overweight
9. Highly irritating behavior etc.

1. Acute financial crisis for a long time
2. Indefinite career
3. Marital discord and family disputes
4. Suffering of incurable disease and social unacceptance
5. Failure in love affair
6. Hypersensitive and over thinking nature
7. Overconsumption of alcohol
8. Loss of very near and dear ones and
9. Various other adverse situations in the life of a person for a long time not able to cope up with……

3. What type of changes takes place in the brain of a depressed person?
When the aggrieved person finds himself incapable to overcome the adverse conditions for a longer time, always feels humiliated and defeated in life, seriously affected by negativity and slowly becomes the victim of depression. In these circumstances, the communication signals between the hippocampus and nucleus accumbens in the orbitofrontal cortex of brain area, responsible for the reward system, becomes very weak i.e. the nervous system of that part of brain area which is responsible for joy and happiness weakens and thus the person always feels low and depressed.
4. How does Reiki healing cure depression?
The continuous strong electromagnetic energy is sent through Reiki healing by the Reiki healer to the orbitofrontal cortex of brain area for the Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) which strengthens the nervous system of that part of brain area of the depressed person which is responsible for joy and happiness. The depressed person started feeling relaxation and happiness in all the activities of life and thus get cured rapidly.

Thank you for sharing the current scientific basis and/or understanding concerning depression… /Other considerations… De-press-I-on, can also be a time of real and true transformation… Similar to a lump of coal coming under press-u-re (press-you-are), eventually becoming a diamond… Depression is a normal transformational step of being human, requiring us to release old programmed beliefs of what doesn’t work, thus opening to new transformational possibilities of what does… Just as a caterpillar transforms prior to becoming a butterfly… Sometimes our life path requires we die to what was, prior to the gift of evolving to our true Being…\ Reiki is a transformative process (for both the practitioner and the client)… By choosing Reiki, we open space to Universal Energy transforming us into Being… When guided to have clients, we provide space for them to; relax, release and open, allowing Universal inspiration to ignite within… Their transformation is solely based on Universal Energy (Reiki) awakening and inspiring from within… Transforming what was, to what is meant to Be… To accept and/or take credit for someone’s transformation is “ego”… The longer we identify (I-dent-if-I) with the old, we hinder both our clients and our own possibilities, thus true transformation… We are not the “healer”! The Universe doesn’t need us… We need It! Open and receive… Namaste…

As long as either client and/or practitioner abdicates and/or renounces the power of Universal Energy (in this platform: Reiki)… You will continue to be a victim, instead of a co-creator! All religious and spiritual modalities (that have merit!) speak of the awakening of the God/dess “within”… By acknowledging this aspect, Being a part with It, without “ego” (<i.e. vanity!), opens everyone to true Guidance available in every aspect and moment of our lives!\ Years ago I mistaken a Reiki practitioner as a “healer”… Once becoming a practitioner, later found out they were just as broken, as everyone one else! An awakening occurred, realizing the healing obtained, is/was and will always Be, directly from Universal Energy, “not” the “practitioner" (<no matter what modality they practice)! Once opening to the God/dess Grace available everywhere, “in” everyone, at every moment, thus letting go and releasing false belief systems… Only then, did every area of my life begin healing, along with new inspiring information flowing… Sharing this aspect with others, provided the inspiration and invitation to awaken too (which bridged forth, their inspiring me too)!\ Abdicating your God/dess given power to someone else, keeps you on the gerbil wheel of redundant victimhood!\ The platform on this site, should be about informing… “Not” becoming one massive advertisement for a particular practitioner, feeding their; false, limited, made-up ego! It is less important “who” I am by the world’s; false ego understanding and view… Than the inspired message(s) prompted from within shared! If what is shared, inspires others to awaken, it is by the Grace of Universal Energy that it manifests… Like many, I too am a vessel, nothing more! I have no expectation as to how the message(s) are received… I trust Universal Energy to do what is necessary for each receiver! The Buddha once stated, “Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.” … From the moment of inception in our mother’s womb, we are all created and born “with” the Divine… Our journey is awakening, realizing this truth, then opening to receive what is truly meant for us… As human’s, we are responsible to Be guided to the best life we are born into and gifted to have… It’s time, for “all” to awaken!
