Reiki is a unique system that has teaches us a lot about ourselves and our inner-selves. This spiritual and emotional form of healing also removes energy blockages from various parts of your body that you may be unaware of.
As you start practicing daily self-Reiki, you will start to notice improvements both spiritually and physically. This includes reduced tension in the body and a heightened awareness of your chakras (energy channels).
In this article, I’d like to focus on how Reiki can heal and improve your mindset with deep rooted issues such as anxiety, anger and low-vibrational energy such as jealousy. It also helps to loosen the blockages that took place.
Deep breathing and putting trust in the universal energy will enable you to improve and be a more confident and happy individual who is “in-tune” with the universal energy.
Here are some tips you could use to focus on your healing and removal of energy blockages.
Step1: The Byosen Scanning Method
Close your eyes and place your hands five inches above your body. Draw the power symbol if you’ve been attuned to Level 2 and above. If not, just allow the energy to flow with good intentions.
Focus on your inner-self and any feelings that come through. Let those emotions pass through you and so not focus too much on them.
Step 2: Envision a White Light
Take a deep breath and envision your Crown to Root Chakras being filled with a white light, removing any negativity and being replaced with love and light. Now, nourish your body with positive feelings, and don’t be afraid of any old feelings of hurt that may come. Accept those emotions fully and say: “I am strong. I am healing and no longer attached to those emotions, I am blessed and am on the path to love and light.“
You can also include other words of comfort and affirmation that you feel will help.
Step 3: Repeat affirmation, cleanse your body and mind
By repeating your affirmation, or anything you wish to use to improve, you are speaking it into existence. Focus on the column of white light, washing away the negativity. Allow the white light to cleanse your mind and spiritual body.
Lastly, give thanks and end the session with love and light always!
