Do you know that when we were born the position of the planet will reflect its impact on us? The impact may be positive or negative. If the impact is negative we can reduce the impact by a meditation in Reiki which is named as Golden Ball Meditation.
We all know that chakras are energy centre of our body. Each chakra is ruled by a planet. In the Universe, the 7 chakras are the reflection of the entire Solar system. If we do this meditation every day you can see a great change in your day to day life.
Let me explain to you how to do this meditation in detailed
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes
- Take few deep breaths and come into relax position
- Imagine a golden ball spinning over your head and moving towards your Crown chakra which is violet in colour and spreading all the golden violet rays all over the body and clears all the negativity. Crown chakra is connected with the Neptune planet and it radiates upon your head and washes off all the negativity and sends you the Inner wisdom and Spirituality.
- Now say loudly that “I am divinely connected with the higher energy to nourish my soul.”
- Now say loudly that “I am divinely connected with the higher energy to nourish my soul.”
- Slowly imagine that the ball is moving down to the Third Eye chakra which is indigo in colour and spreading all the golden indigo rays to eyes, nose and ears and activates the Third Eye chakra by clearing all the blockages. Third Eye chakra is connected with the Saturn and Uranus planets near your temples and washes off all the karmas.
- Say loudly that “I am open to New Ideas.”
- Say loudly that “I am open to New Ideas.”
- Take a deep breath and imagine that the ball is moving towards Throat chakra which is blue in colour and spreading all the goldish blue rays to all throat, ears, lungs. Now Throat chakra is connected to the Mars and Jupiter planets near your shoulders which heals, balances and energizes the Throat chakra.
- Say loudly that “I am safe to express my feelings.”
- Say loudly that “I am safe to express my feelings.”
- The golden ball moves slowly towards Heart chakra and spreads all the greenish golden rays to heart, lungs and blood vessels. The Heart chakra is connected to the Venus and Mercury planets which heals and nourishing the Heart chakra.
- Say loudly that “All my emotions are balanced and I deserve Love and Happiness in all areas of my life.”

- The golden ball is floating towards the Solar Plexus chakra which is yellow in colour and reflects like a bright sun as this chakra is connected with the Sun. It spreads all the golden yellow rays and heals the digestive system, liver, gall bladder, intestine.
- Say loudly that “I Value and trust my Wisdom.”
- Say loudly that “I Value and trust my Wisdom.”
- Now the Ball moves towards the Sacral chakra and spreads all the golden orange rays to entire reproductive system. As this chakra is connected to the Moon planet, the rays of the moon heal and energizes the Sacral chakra.
- Say loudly that “I am Creative in all areas of my life.”
- Say loudly that “I am Creative in all areas of my life.”
- Finally, the Ball moves to the Root chakra and blends with Root chakra by spreads all golden red rays to the legs, feet and spine. The Root chakra is connected with the Mother Earth and clears all the financial blockages.
- Say loudly that “I am safe and secured.”
Once all the Chakra system is healed, balanced, and energized you will lead a very healthy and happy life. Everyday practice of this meditation brings a lot of changes in your life and career as well.
