Many times when we have an argument or a fight or misunderstanding with a loved one we both put up what we call as energetic barriers around us. This further makes communication difficult and thus doesn’t give a chance to clear out the stale energy.

How about taking help of energy in talking to them thus creating situations which make the problem dissipate. Reiki energy can be of immense help because it helps us to energetically convey the message. I also use the energy of the Angels to help me in this process. This not only creates ease in the situation but also opens up the world of beautiful divine experiences.

What is soul talk

Soul talk is the talk between the souls at a higher level where the ego does not interfere. Most relationship problems like fights arguments and misunderstandings are at ego level but if you look at it from the point of view of higher self or soul these problems can be solved easily.

This is how we do it

• Sit in a place where you won’t be disturbed
• Take 8-10 deep breaths
• Invoke the presence of Archangel Michael and ask him to shield you against negative energies. Also, ask him to silence your ego
• Ask Archangel Gabriel to help you communicate effectively
• Now draw Cho Ku Rei on all 4 sides n activate it
• Think of the person you wish to communicate to
• Draw Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen and chant it 3 times
• Say “Reiki energy please connect me to…… (person name)”. Say this X3 times
• Visualise this person
• Smile…and say hello
• Ask Archangel Raguel to help you both resolve any conflicts
• Ask the person if they want to say something
• Now visualise them above their Crown chakra and you talking from above your Crown chakra. This way you allow the higher self to operate
• Wait for what they communicate
  • What are their expressions?
  • Do you hear anything from them speaking?
  • Do you get any thoughts?
• Now speak to them as if they are sitting in front of you. Go with the flow
• Pour your heart out
• Once you feel you are done. Say thank you and say goodbye
• Ground yourself – imagine roots growing from your feet and connect to Mother Earth
• Slowly open your eyes and then cut cords with them
• Drink water

Dos and Donts

• You can’t go wrong with this.
• Do it regularly for 21-40 days
• If at the first time you don’t get any response – its ok, gradually it will happen
• Ground yourself
