Reiki Shower

This is one of the most effective methods for cleaning not only your physical body but also your aura. There are times you go to different social events where you have to talk to a lot of people and by knowingly or unknowingly you exchange a lot of vibrations to 7 basic chakras. If you are already on the higher vibrations, you may send energy towards people with lower vibrations and you actually decrease a lot of energy unknowingly.

Also, many times, you are involved in the work activity which requires communicating with 100-200 people on the daily basis. Or you may go out for shopping where other thousands of people are exchanging energy unknowingly. During the handshake, hug or any terms of physical contacts also exchange the energy in different chakras based on the emotions.

So, every time you pass through this process, you actually gain a lot of negative vibrations and also lose some of your own positive vibrations. As a Reiki healer, during the healing process also we need to protect ourselves from picking the vibrations of the other person. This simple method of Reiki Shower actually helps us to clean ourselves after such things.

In this process, we are going to use the four main symbols given to every Reiki master. If you are still a beginner in the Reiki, you can use the symbols you are given by your master.

1. Whenever you have such absorption of the negative emotions and vibrations, just come home and take salt water bath. This is a simple method to which we add some sea salt in the water used for bath.

2. After the bath, activate the Reiki flow and you can use your shower water or just visualize that lots of Reiki protection symbols are falling on you. There are coming in terms of energy and absorbed by each of your cells. Those millions of protection symbols are going into the cells and cleaning them. Whatever new cords are made are cut by these symbols.

3. After that, imagine lots of emotional symbols are going to your each cell and clearing emotional baggage you have received today in terms of vibrations or thoughts. They are cleaning each cell and normalizing them to the higher vibrations.

4. Afterwards, protect yourself with larger protection symbol.

5. If you are using distance Reiki, use the distance symbol at the beginning. And complete the cleaning process with more flow of the Reiki energy.

6. Afterwards, see that white light is covering you and you are protected from all the vibrations and energy loss.

For important work

This is a simple process; you can also use it for when you are going for some important work. Especially while you have some important task to finish, you want to avoid all the negative vibrations affect the process and this way, you can protect yourself from losing any energy as well as affected by any other thoughts or intentions.

When you buy new things

Whenever you buy some new things for home or for eating, those are passed through many people and we don’t know what their moods are or thoughts are while manufacturing or making those things, so you can simply clear them before starting to use them.

When you get your salary

Whenever you get your salary, the first thing you can do is visualize a Reiki light shower on your money or bank account and clean them before using them. This helps you to use them for the right purpose and you won’t lose them.

When you are entering into the new place

Whenever you are entering to the new place or party and you don’t like the energy of that place, use this method of cleaning for feeling better and avoiding the absorption of any negativity.
