The inability to forgive can keep us from our spiritual progress for decades, lifetimes even. As a wise man once said, holding a grudge is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.
And it often happens that, on a strictly conscious level, we forgive people. But unconsciously we still harbor nasty feelings toward them. How do you know if you’ve forgiven someone or not? Well, the answer is simple: Do you feel nothing but absolute love, compassion, and acceptance towards them, no matter what they do?
How to forgive on all levels:
1. Grab a piece of paper and draw all the symbols you are attuned to at the top. You may feel like drawing the gentle yet powerful Sei He Ki multiple times. If you feel inspired, also draw them on the left, right, and bottom margins. Ask your guides to help you forgive.
2. Write this sentence 108 times: [Name of person], I forgive you, I accept you, I love you, Thank you. If you run out of paper, turn it on the other side or get another piece, draw the symbols again, and continue. Use the name you call that person by, e.g. if it’s your father and you call him Daddy, write Daddy, I forgive you etc.
3. Thank the guides and Reiki. Burn the paper.
It sounds too simple but it works very, very well. I do hope you’ll give it a chance.
This is a kind of a “reversed”, written down Reiki Ho’oponopono.
You don’t need to pay attention to what you write. You can let the mind wander wherever it wishes while you write. The exercise is not for the conscious mind, but for the subconscious mind, the one who runs the show.
You don’t need to complete in one session. You can write some, then take a break and do something else, then come back and write some more, and so on. At 108, burn the paper.
Depending on how deep the wounds are, how much energy you’ve fed to the troublesome situation, and how long it’s been, you may need to do this multiple times over some days or weeks.
Why does it work?
It works because when you write, the subconscious lets the guard down and accepts the information more easily. You will feel that things are shifting even as you write.
Useful tip
Do this also with yourself. Forgiving yourself greatly increases your ability and willingness to forgive others.
Imagine a world where everybody has truly, deeply forgiven everybody else. Your world, which is but a reflection of your own inner state, will become like this when you will have forgiven everybody.

Can I ask why 108 times
In theory 108 is considered a sacred number in numerology (Golden Ratio or Phi) and cosmology (measurement relationships between sun, earth, and moon). In Feng Shui 108 adds up to 9 that is considered the most auspicious complete number. There are many more findings, of which none explicitly explain the true root reason of 108 yet famous ancient architecture is built with the mathematical 108 in mind. Writing or saying 108 repetitions acknowledges Universal order and aligns our intentions with divine will, that which is cosmically connected to a Universal Life Force.
In india anything chanting is supposed to be 108 times. Our body has 108 channels through which the energy flows ….I think it’s the same concept.
Such a good read. Love what your team produces daily :)))
