I’m not sure if the human mind likes complicated, or if it’s some learned pattern. If you grew up, just like me, in a middle-class family, you must have often heard things like success requires hard work; it won’t just fall into your lap. This type of education wired us for choosing the most difficult path from A to B and also questioning or disregarding easily obtained achievements or results.
In truth, everything running smoothly, as if the entire Universe assisted us, is a sign that we are on the right path of our life. Our existence isn’t supposed difficult, at least not all the time, and nor our healing work. Especially when we begin our spiritual journey, we might want to use a complex ritual or put to work as much of our knowledge as possible to get the desired outcome. But sometimes using a symbol is enough to make a huge difference. Using Chu Ku Rei, the power symbol, from the moment we open our eyes in the morning until we fall asleep at night can turn an ordinary day into a great one.
Drawing the symbol on your palms as soon as you wake up activates them. Especially beginners need to reactivate regularly their connection to the Reiki energy until it becomes automatic and continuous.
The next usage of Cho Ku Rei is in the shower. You can imagine small, golden symbols in the tap water. Thus, the morning bath will purify not only your physical body but the energy one too. During the night, our ethereal body travels in unseen realms and cleansing it of any foreign energy it might have picked up, is a good idea.
A five-minute meditation before you start the regular activities of the day is another good opportunity to use Cho Ku Rei. As you know, this symbol has the double role of invigorating and protecting. Draw it on each of the seven major chakras to build strength and shield against evil or lower-vibration energies.
Throughout the day, don’t forget to draw Cho Ku Rei on food – especially if you are eating out, and drinks to purify them. When it comes to energy, food and water are like sponges; they suck in everything. For example, imagine what you bring into your body when the person who cooks your meal is angry or sad.
Cho Ku Rei is a fantastic protection when you drive. Draw it in the dashboard of the car (even when you are a passenger) for a safe journey. This is one of the first Reiki lessons my master taught me. It’s been seven years since but not a single crash or collision.
Draw Cho Ku Rei on the walls, the ceiling, and the floor of your office to clean the room of unwanted energies. If you work in a cubicle, limit to this space. You don’t want to step over other people’s free will. If you are traveling, use Cho Ku Rei in the same way to purify the energy of the hotel room.
Before meetings, interviews, or any other situations that may cause anxiety, draw Cho Ku Rei on your Third Eye. It will calm you down; make you feel self-confident and relaxed. You will be able to grasp the whole picture and the details, make a good impression and the right decision.
In the evening, as soon as you get back home, draw Cho Ku Rei on the seven major chakras. This will help you get rid of any foreign energy you may have picked unwillingly during the day. You don’t want to bring those into the clean space of your home.
Another way to do it is to draw the symbol on the margins of the entrance doorframe and create an invisible cleansing gate. The advantage is that your creation if informed so, will also work on your guests.
Use Cho Ku Rei as suggested above for at least seven days in a row and you’ll see a dramatic improvement in your life. For more information on how to use this symbol, please check our free guide. Don’t hesitate to share your experience with Cho Ku Rei in the comments bellow. We’ll be happy learn from your practice.
