Reiki & Shaky Foundations

I have been asked several times what the catch is to Reiki. How can it be all good? What is the hard part? After all there has to be something bad right? ☺ Reiki is an all knowing powerful energy of healing and love. When Reiki enters a person’s life it helps to heal them in ALL areas. It goes after anything that was built on a shaky foundation in your life, tears it down, cleanses it and heals it.

While Reiki healing is a very positive thing and always brings forth your greatest good often times people don’t realize that it takes a lot of hard work and guts to heal. In order to heal you must become vulnerable and allow yourself to be stripped down to the core. Reiki brings forth anything that is no longer working for you to be healed. Many times you will think you have moved passed something from years ago and didn’t realize that some of its lower vibrations were still clinging to you in some way and holding you back. Darkness is no longer able to cling to you and hide once Reiki comes into your life. Any shaky foundation will be torn down and a new healthy solid foundation will be built. Reiki is like a rock of love that will not allow anything negative to take up space in your life.

An example I would like to use here are relationship changes after starting to use Reiki. It is not uncommon after having Reiki enter your life to start having major changes in your relationships. This includes relationships with friends, family and significant others. If there are any skeletons in the closet or relationships built on shaky foundations they will be magically brought into the light and exposed. It is not uncommon to be shocked and to wonder why you had never noticed things that you feel should have been crystal clear to you before. Reiki does not do this to be cruel and make your life miserable. It does this to heal all of those skeletons and give you the best life possible. It sends you up the vibrational ladder and gets you to a place of peace, love and happiness if you allow it to do so.

Healing takes courage and Reiki can be your biggest ally on the healing journey. While it strips you naked and tears away any shaky foundation what it is really doing is simply healing you and leading you to the life you have always wanted and most importantly deserve. A life full of solid foundations and one of your most precious dreams coming true.

While you go through the healing journey the most important things to remember are to be strong and know that everything is happening for your greatest good. Practice Reiki daily, exercise and drink a lot of water. This allows all of the lower energy and toxins to leave your body as easily as possible. I always recommend keeping a Reiki journal while you are going through your healing journey. Every month go back and read through your journal from the beginning. You will be shocked and amazed at how many changes have occurred and how far you have come. It will show you things that may not be visible to you on a day to day basis and will help continue the flow of positive energy.
