Connect to the Nature Kingdom with Iava

Iava is a very powerful symbol of Karuna® Reiki, which harmonises our consciousness with all the aspects of our Nature kingdom. The four loops in this symbol represent the four elements of the nature – Earth, Water, Wind and Fire. Hence when this symbol is used, the first thing it does is balance these four elements in us.

Mother Nature has abundance of love and energy in her, and when you connect to them with Iava, you can literally feel the energy surging through you and a powerful healing takes place. Iava can be used along with Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen or Zonar to connect to the Nature kingdom.

I am going to discuss here a few techniques which can be used to harness these energies by using Iava :

• Sun is a very powerful celestial being, which is considered to be aligned with the Fire element of our nature, and is by far the most important source of energy for our lives. If you are exhausted and tired but still have a long day to go, take a few minutes and connect to the Sun’s energy with Iava. You will feel the flow of energy rushing into you, and it will energise you enough to make it easier to pass the day. This technique is also helpful for people who are generally low on energy or have a physically demanding job. A friend of mine, Chef by profession, always used to complain about lack of energy due to long and exhausting work hours. Healing her with Iava was always a real quick fix, especially when she had extra shifts to do at work.

  If the Sun has already set in, or it is cloudy and raining outside, in such cases you can connect to the Earth’s energy with Iava and it would bring the same desired effect.

• Moon is another powerful celestial neighbour which carries a very distinctive energy and is considered to be aligned with the water element of our nature. It has a beautiful and feminine energy, which can be utilized for manifestations, charging the crystals, creating magic, charging ourselves etc. If you had a stressful day and looking for some peace, connect to the Moon with Iava and feel the tranquillity flowing into you. It does not need to be a Full Moon or a New Moon to connect you to it.Another good idea is to energise and charge your crystal grid by drawing a big Zonar and Iava on it and connecting it to the Moon’s energy. Charging the crystal grid with this energy will take your work to an entirely different level and ensure powerful manifestations.
• Trees, the Earth elements of our nature, are tremendously powerful and spiritually advanced healers. Not only do they absorb carbon dioxide from the air and transform it into oxygen, they also absorb negative energies and transform them into positive ones. They can help us open our energy channels and cultivate calm, presence, and vitality. If you are a nature lover and like to heal and meditate surrounded by trees, find a comfortable place to sit, and connect to their beautiful energy with Iava and feel all your blockages melting away. Any negativity will be transformed into positive energy and there will be a feeling of lightness and wellbeing in you.
