Food Vibration

When Reiki enters your life everything changes. If you allow it your body goes through a cleansing process, purges all that is unbalanced, and resets itself. After this process you may notice that you are attracted to things that you never were before. Often times relationships change and you feel much more free to be your authentic self in all areas of your life. One thing that I like to share with my clients and students that is often left out of most classes is how your body now responds to food differently. Of course everyone is different but in many cases people will notice that their body can no longer tolerate certain foods.

Food like everything else in the universe has a vibration. Different types of food have different vibrational levels. Some offer higher vibrations and some offer lower vibrations. It is important (especially the few weeks after an attunement) to pay attention to what your body is trying to tell you and stick to foods of a higher vibrational level. You can Reiki everything you put into your body but that doesn’t change the original vibration of what you put in your body. For example, if you Reiki a cheeseburger and put it in your body you are still eating something of a lower vibration. However, if you have a handful of fruit and Reiki that you are getting nourishment from a high vibrational food group as well as getting the extra positive energy from Reiki.

There are many things that contribute to the vibrational level of different types of food. This can be anything to how it was grown and cared for to what went on in the butchering process. A good example of this would be the vibrational level of chicken. If you are a meat eater and choose to eat chicken it is on the higher level of vibrations for meat. However, if the type of chicken you are putting into your body was one that was treated cruelly, had a low quality of life and was fed hormones, junk, etc you have now lowered the vibration level quite a bit. Be sure to pay attention to the energy of what you are putting into your body! Another quick tip is that if it has a hoof it is a lower vibrational food!

A Basic Overall Guide to Food Vibrational Levels:

High: Water, Pure fruit juice, Tea, Fruit, Vegetables, chicken, fish, spices, jams

Medium: Coffee, Other flavored non-alcoholic drinks, condiments, bread, baked goods, pure butter

Low: Beef, Pork, Fatty snacks and products, processed foods, margarine, soda, alcohol

Keep in mind everything in moderation and be sure to still eat things you like. Use this as a guide but be sure to do what you feel is best for you. Only you know what matches your body and vibrational level best! For an added benefit to everything you eat and drink simply draw a Cho Ku Rei over whatever it is you are about to eat/drink.
