There are many ways to cleanse crystals, but a lot of healers love to cleanse them under the full moon. If only we had full moons more often, we wouldn’t need other methods :).
Here are some very simple instructions for cleansing crystals under the full moon:
1. Place crystals under direct moonlight overnight.
2. That’s it 🙂

Now, here below are answers to some common questions.

- Yes, it will still work, even if there are clouds.
- No, you don’t need to place them on the ground. You can do it, and it’s probably better, since they’ll charge up from the Earth’s energy as well, but you certainly don’t have to. A table, windowsill, or roof will work just as well.
- The nights just before and just after the full moon work as well.
- You can place them outdoors or indoors, as long as the moonlight can reach them. Outdoors might be better, but indoors works too.
- No, the windows doesn’t have to be open if it’s indoors. It can be, but it doesn’t have to.
- If you’re unsure of something… go with your intuition 🙂

I put all of my crystals outside during the full moon and then leave them there in the sun the next day. Hadn’t thought of putting them on the ground but will do that next month during the harvest moon. I have put them out in the snow during a full moon.
sometimes I take my crystals to the beach, sometimes on full moon, and set them in the sand where water will wash over them.
I will collect tomorrow tqtq

I live in an apartment and I don’t get the light of the moon and I can’t leave it outside either, so what should I do? Does it work leaving the crystal close to the window at night and have the intention for the moon light to charge it? And also if I need to clean and recharge them can I do in a regular night?
Sorry for all my questions but I would like to understand more.
