Reiki Healing Power Symbol Meditation

Reiki is a wonderful healing energy and it always nurtures my mind, body, and soul. This wonderful healing energy has an incredible power to act as a guiding force. I experienced it many times as Reiki Practitioner!

If you are a Reiki practitioner, schedule time to do self-Reiki.

Self-Reiki healing is very important because it is very healing, and it keeps you in good vibrational levels. If you do it consistently, it blesses you with heightened self-awareness. It gives you good insights and the beauty of this process is, it happens very easily and effortlessly.

One day, I was doing my regular simple meditation, focusing my attention on my breath. During that meditation very gracefully, my attention was drawn into my energy centers or chakras.

• First of all, I was guided to keep my focus on the Crown chakra. I could visualize, maybe it is better to say, golden-colored Cho Ku Rei appeared on my Crown chakra. Sometimes, it even turned into glowing violet or pure glowing white. I could easily keep my attention on my Crown chakra as long as I wished to do so.
• Then the Cho Ku Rei moved downward, landed on my Brow chakra, it remained there for a while replenished my eye chakra. At times, it appeared in deep blue or white color. The color changed so naturally without any conscious effort from my part. I got a well-rested feeling!
• Next, the power symbol Cho Ku Rei moved to my Throat chakra and it appeared in pure glowing white, I could easily keep my focus on my Throat chakra. It remained there for 1-2 minutes and by the time, I felt my Throat chakra was completely energized and as result, I got a very light feeling, more encouragement from within me to express my thoughts fully with clarity.
• Just after that, I saw in mind’s eye a glowing pink light emanating from the middle of my chest, right after 30 seconds or so it turned out to be green glowing light then to deep blue light. All the time I could visualize Cho Ku Rei on my Heart chakra and I felt immense peace and inner joy. I really expressed my gratitude to Reiki for this wonderful healing process.
• The interesting thing is, it was very continuous and happened very naturally. Perhaps after two minutes, the power symbol moved down into Solar Plexus chakra. The golden Cho Ku Rei cleansed my Solar Plexus chakra. Those were the moments when I started to feel a new level of courage and belief in myself. It was really a boost to my self-confidence!

• Later on, my focus was on my Sacral chakra. I could see bright orange colors of Sacra chakra, there I could see a beautiful Cho Ku Rei in a pure white glowing light when my Sacral chakra let this Cho Ku Rei to move into my Root chakra. The bright red color of Root chakra was adorned with pure white glowing Cho Ku Rei.
• The whole process took only 10 minutes. Right after 10 minutes, I could wind up this Reiki healing power symbol meditation with two big Cho Ku Rei, each one in front and back of me. This meditation was so easy yet powerful. I got a great feeling of grounding and security.

Later on, I played around with different colors. I visualized Cho Ku Rei in different colors such as violet, deep blue, turquoise blue, pink, green, yellow, orange, and red. Somewhere along the way, I started to make Energy Ball infused with Reiki power symbol, Cho Ku Rei in different colors such as violet, deep blue, light blue, pink, green, yellow, orange, and red and I brought it above the top of my head just let it drop down with intention that Reiki Healing energy runs through my body and it relaxes and rejuvenates every cell of my body!

I remember to chant mantras for each chakra when my focus was on each chakra. It really works even for distant healing too!
The mantras that I used are:

• Om for the Crown and Third Eye chakra
• Ham for the Throat chakra
• Yam for Heart chakra
• Ram for Solar Plexus chakra
• Vam for Sacral chakra
• Lam for Root chakra

I started doing the power symbol meditation on a consistent basis, it boosted my confidence and courage level. I could easily feel inner joy and peace. I have always gotten a more secure and grounded feeling after this power symbol meditation. My optimism soared and I could see things from a more positive perspective. This meditation always raised my energy level.
