Harmonization with the Archangels

Each of us has four bodies. Our bodies must be harmonized to feel healthy and balanced and we have to care and nurture them. They are physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Each of them is related to one archangel and we can connect to each archangel to request them to help us in balancing them.

To heal our physical body we have to align with our Earth – the inner and the outer- and we call Archangel Raphael, who will help us. It is related to self-healing. We inhale and exhale very deeply, letting ourselves be flooded by the presence of the Archangel Raphael, we allow him to go to our bones, all our skeleton, organs, cells…

To heal our emotional body we have to align with our Water and we invoke the presence of the Archangel Gabriel. The emotional body is a key gateway to vitality, it addresses self-awareness, which creates happiness, strong and healthy relationships. We inhale and exhale very deeply and allow ourselves to be bathed by Sister Water, we submerged and we let ourselves embrace by Water as if we were in a womb. We feel the warm presence of the Archangel Gabriel healing our emotions, cleansing our sorrows and pains from our soul.

To heal our mental body, we have to align with our Air and request the help of the Archangel Uriel. The mental body is related to our level of self-confidence. We inhale and exhale very deeply and we let be wrapped by the presence of the Archangel Uriel, who is the keeper of the Mental Realm. We feel that our mind clears, clarifies, and frees itself from worries and sorrows.

To heal our spiritual body, we have to align with our Fire and we invoke the presence of our beloved Archangel Michael. The spiritual body addresses the aspect of self-unity with All that is. We inhale and exhale very deeply and we let be embraced by the majestic wings of the Archangel Michael. His blue and bright ray descend over us and infuses the heavenly presence on our spiritual body, covering us with a sacred veil.

The following exercise will harmonize you energetically with the archangels. Inhale the transmuting violet flame, which will purify each part of your body, each cell from your body. The violet flame will embrace you in a light that will bring peace to your body, to your inner self. Inhale and exhale this violet flame and feel how this illuminates your body, your aura, all your energetic channels …

Once you are being well surrounded by the violet flame, call the archangels, who are always waiting for us, and tells them any bad experience which you are going through, any sorrow… anything that causes you sadness, depression, demotivation… Let your heart liberate from all that weight, give them and decree that you are liberating with love at this moment (of the issue that hurts you).

Feel and stay in this meditative state until you feel it´s done.
