A common block that people encounter when trying to establish communication with Higher Beings is that they sense a vast gap between who they are and who they wish to communicate with. The density of this physical plane makes it seem like we are encapsulated in the body and totally cut off from all other dimensions of existence. In truth, the gap is not as wide as it appears to be. Though we are in a physical body, it is possible for us to project our consciousness into the higher dimensions of existence. A clear Third Eye chakra makes this smoother.
Reiki practice refines our consciousness. As we drop old patterns and clean up our energy field, we automatically allow the light of our consciousness or soul essence to shine through. This consciousness is pure energy. We can then allow this aspect of us to project itself into the higher dimensions and to bring back love, light and wisdom to the denser levels of our physical existence.
The following pointers may help enable this process
- Make a commitment to daily Reiki practice. This is the most important step of all, because only when we drop old conditioning can we recognise the light of our divine consciousness.
- Get attuned to the higher levels of Reiki when you feel ready for the same. The higher attunements open us up even further and help us progress. Working with the level two symbols and the Master symbol attune us more deeply to the light.
- If you wish to consciously connect with a Higher Being, invoke the distance symbol and request Reiki to help you make the connection. Believe in the possibility and trust the process that unfolds. Express your gratitude to Reiki.
As you commit to practice, you will experience that the Higher Dimensions are as accessible to you as the air you breathe. It is only a matter of fine tuning our awareness so we can make the connection. The presence of Reiki in our lives makes it a wondrous possibility for every one of us!
