Atlantis was a subcontinent located between Europe and America.
It holds special significance for the healing community as people in Atlantis are supposed to have been powerful healers.
Many clairvoyant healers of today have taken a peek into the past and have received information that may help us understand life in Atlantis.
Here I present a few details of this enchanting place that would be of relevance to us Reiki healers. We will also try to go deeper and discover if we were actually part of the Atlantean civilisation. And if yes, we will try to tap into our innate healing potential and help more of it rise to the surface.
Healers in Atlantis- A Brief Introduction (Based on Spiritual Teacher Diana Cooper’s Work)
Atlantis was set up as part of a celestial experiment to see if souls that incarnated on Earth could live in a physical body and retain their connection with Spirit at the same time.
The experiment failed several times because the souls that incarnated entered a state of amnesia and moved deeper into the world of matter. This gave birth to the ego or a feeling of separation from everything and everyone, including Spirit. This in turn caused plenty of destruction. People moved farther and farther away from Spirit until the whole project turned out to be rather ugly.
In the final attempt, the experiment succeeded and Atlantis was reborn into what was called a Golden Era. In this era, people rediscovered their connection with Source. A state of oneness and purity was reborn. The people were highly psychic, made amazing technological progress and enjoyed true spiritual power. They used their psychic gifts and healing abilities for the highest spiritual good of all.
Among the most powerful healers in Atlantis were the high priests, high priestesses, and the Magi. The high priests and priestesses were often Spiritual Beings who incarnated to help with this experiment. The Magi were powerful shamans who contributed much to healing in Atlantis.
Besides, almost everyone in Atlantis was in touch with their natural healing power, unlike today where harnessing our innate healing power does not feel natural to most people.
The Atlanteans used crystals, colour, and sound to heal. They were highly telepathic and communicated through their thoughts. With time though, people began to misuse their spiritual gifts and healing powers. They used it more to appease their egos and to prove themselves as superior. This lead to a massive downfall and the vibration of the place dropped so low that almost all energies of love and light left the place. This marked the end of the Atlantean civilisation and the landmass is believed to have been submerged in the Atlantic Ocean.
Life continued on other parts of the planet and after several millennia we reached the spiritually significant landmark of 2012 A.D. We are all truly fortunate to have incarnated at this time as we now have a lot more light pouring into the Earth again. The time is now ripe for each of us to help bring more light into our lives and into the planet.

Did you incarnate in Atlantis?
There is plenty of speculation on whether Atlantis actually existed or is just part of folklore. But for many of us healers, reading about life on Atlantis rings a bell. Something about it seems very familiar deep down in our hearts. Here are three signs that you may have incarnated in Atlantis:
- The most prominent sign is that hearing about Atlantis makes you feel excited, happy or peaceful.
- You enjoy working with Reiki, crystals, symbols, colour, sounds, angels, unicorns, earth energies and the like.
- Healing with energy feels very natural to you. You often know how to heal without being taught. Your knowledge of healing seems to arise from a secret storehouse buried in you and often catches you by surprise.
If you feel a connection with Atlantis, here is a simple meditation that you can do to draw out your psychic gifts and talents and to use them once more for the highest good of all. For best results, do this simple meditation before your daily self-Reiki session.
- Sit in a comfortable position.
- Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
- Draw the distance symbol in the air and intend that you are connected with the positive energies of Atlantis. Intend that you receive the ability to fully tap into your innate spiritual powers and healing talents.
- Open up your palms and have them facing upwards. This indicates your willingness to receive.
- Receive for as long as you naturally feel like. Then draw the power symbol on your palms. Place your palms over your third eye first and then on your heart chakra for thirty seconds each. This will help you absorb the information you just received.
- Place your palms vertically apart and visualise Planet Earth between them. Intend that you will use your healing gifts and talents for the highest good of the Earth.
- Give thanks and proceed with your self-Reiki session.
This meditation will help you tap into your healing abilities with ease. Healing with energy will begin to feel natural and effortless. It will also bring many blessings to you for helping bring more light into the planet. You will be able to connect more easily with higher beings, angels, archangels and most importantly with your own inner power.

There are quartz crystals, called ‘Record Keeper’ crystals which are said to hold much collective information regarding Atlantis and Lemur (another continent said to have existed around the time of Atlantis). Atlantis has always held a fascination and a ‘knowing’ of sorts for me. I believe many Souls who have incarnated in this Golden Era were Atlanteans. Great article, thank you for sharing.

The year 2012 is significant for me personally, coz after an extremely difficult 2011 that turned my world upside down, I turned to Reiki for the first time. Good to know that this is also the year which is considered spiritually significant !

Wow. 2012 was significant for me also. I ended a 25 year bad marriage and started looking for myself. I never knew why I stayed so long, or why I finally choose then to end it. My rational mind thinks this is all crazy. But in my heart it all makes sense now. I’ve always known I could heal. Recently I found out that my grandmother who passed away before I was born, healed people by laying hands on them. I am learning so much. My mind is open. Thank you for these articles.

years ago when i attuned my sisters to reiki level one they all had visions of us being an atlantis and me being their teacher. then when i became attuned to the atlantis method in my vision i was introduced to a crowd of people who it was said had been waiting a long time for me. i forgot the name he gave me. since then i have lost two sons in 8 yrs. i am just now able to get back to my practice. thanks for this i needed a reminder.

I resonate with all the sign software being from Atlantis.. unicorns have been part of my life for over 40yrs..i came into being a reiki healer Nov 2014 but before this I practiced colour healing where I astral travelled inside someone’s body and let the the colour choose itself, I also felt like I intuitively knew what was wrong a single had medical terms appear in my mind.. I kept this a secret as came naturally for years..i knew nobody who did this sort of healing either. I love it, reiki I use more now

I let myself try this meditation.. I did a few steps wrong that I did add once I realised but that was ok as acknowledged probably way I was meant to do it……. I saw a heap of unicorns run up my hands into me.. I always knew I had a unicorn with me and called them when I did inner child play meditations.. this time it felt like they came home..
I was not in Atlantis a very uncomfortable place form me … but was very definitely abd clearly lemurian from very ancient times
when I was pure light and etheric. Atlantis actually clearly sends an anuse of power and trumping up ones ego message to me… the well intended behaviors got ahold of their egos I believe.. lemuria was much much more ancient than Atlantis and also at the time of Atlantis. they were in the pacific… from coast of California across beyond Hawaii… many islands … a civilization focused on spirit and philosophy… they were about an all is one connection to the earth, all species, working woth sound energy and crystals… sort of the flip side of what Atlantis evolved to and the overuse of energy and power was what sank both civilizations.
I too connect to Lemuria as a past life, It was the Lemurians that started first. They were the origianal healers who connected with mother Earth. They worked with the crystals to keep the vibrations level. It was the Atlantians that were based on ego and power. We are the original carers of this planet.

Atlantis began from scientist that left Lemuria as they wanted to go from leaving nature to experimenting. They were not were not the crystal workers this was the Lemurians. Most of the Atlantis people were not healers they argued with the Lemurians until they floods with many of the Atlantis people drowning but some heading to the high lands.
Always enjoyed reading about Atlantis. Be it real or fantasy, something happened. The people turned a deaf ear to doing what was required of them and the outcome was not good. Reminds me of a Bible story (Noah). Anyway, It’s a lesson for all. Will the truth ever surface? Stay tuned.
Thank you. Dear sister. After being attuned to reiki in 1996, gradually all was revealed. I was a high priestess in Atlantis. We had to abandon during the fall to protect our healing abilities and the crystals. We had programmed the quartz crystals balls, the size of little smaller than tennis ball, to be united in this time…….at the time of reunion all around the world these crystal balls had found their rightful owners…bringing back the healing abilities to help the humans and the earth evolve…..after learning reiki, my master showed me some crystals… At the time I was not interested in them but when I saw the ball, I told my master this ball is mine. ” I don’t know how and why ” and told him to sell it if he finds someone to buy it. After 2 years in May my intuition asked me to get the crystal ball….there was a planetary alignment on 5th of May………. I asked my reiki master,if he still had it?……he said ” it is yours, how can I still not have it? Is the Lemurians that were before the people of Atlantis, Its the Lemurians that sent the Scientist away.this is how Atlantis started. Lemerians were the original healers of Gaia and they had the Lemurian Seed Crystals which held the ancient civilization information. The Lemurian people lived on this earth in ancient times, and worked extensively with crystals as they were about healing.. There is a miss information not much known that the Lemurians is that they were here first and the ones that worked with the earth. The Atlanisans were very much about science and how they could move forward.

About two months ago, I started having all these spiritual experiences. Yesterday, it was unveiled my name was Lalor and I was a healer in atlantis. I work in health care, I’m a qualified health care professional, but mainly work on a voluntary basis (no fee)…long back story there…if there.is.someone that could help my learn even more about this time it would be enormously appreciated…I endeavour to bring the a client wisdoms and truths of that time into my current practice.

I read your articles from time to time . Almost all of them resonates with me. This article personally touched me as every word of this post is true to me. I am a energy healer since 2000 and my whole life changed. I went through so much turmoil and at the same time I was progressing in healing as well. I practice mainly Magnified Healing in addition Reiki , Sanjivani, Karuna . I am a grand master in Reiki, master teacher of Magnified healing and Danivani.from very beginning I use other tools like pyramid, pendulum , crystals candles etc. I love crystal. I am always surrounded by crystal. I love your articles.
