Reiki Always Works, Even If You Think It Doesn’t

People sometimes come up with this question, “What if Reiki fails?”…. Well, the answer to this question is that Reiki never fails. Once the symbols have been invoked and the healing energy has been sent, it will reach its destination. Even if it seems like nothing is happening, it is important to maintain faith as Reiki has mysterious ways of resolving the issues.

Reiki works for the highest good for all. Here’s a simple example: Suppose you don’t like your boss. Now, if you give Reiki to this situation, it will work for the highest good of both – you as well as your boss. It will not put your boss in a miserable situation or harm him in any way. On the contrary, it is possible that he may get even better work opportunities (if he deserves to) so that you don’t have to deal with him anymore. So, it would be wrong on your part to wonder why his life has become even better. What you need to do is thank God for resolving your problem.

A healer always starts the healing session with a gratitude prayer, after which he/she seeks permission from those who are involved in the healing session. In case of hands on healing the client is mentally prepared for healing but this is not necessarily true in case of distance healing. If I want to resolve an issue, let’s take a case of family dispute, then in this case I will have to seek permission from all those who are involved in this scenario. Since, in distance healing a healer seeks permission from souls, or higher selves, it is possible that some people (generally the ones with negative bent of mind) may not accept the healing energy. So, whenever Reiki doesn’t seem to work, there is a possibility that it was rejected when it reached its destination.

Sometimes what we desire may not be good for us. Under such a scenario Reiki will not fulfill our wish, but if we maintain faith, we will soon not only get more than what we asked for, but we will also realize why things did not work in our favor earlier.

Things start working in your favor from the moment you ask for Reiki help. Focus on WHAT you need, always intend for the highest good of all involved, and let Reiki decide HOW things would happen.
