How to Heal Addictive Behavior (Karuna® Reiki)

This is a simple yet very effective technique to help clear addictive behavior patterns within us and replace them with healthy patterns for we will live in a world where we find ourselves and other people constantly addicted to so many different things, substances, and un-healthy relationships.

In order for you to use this technique, you must be attuned to the Karuna® Reiki symbols.

Steps Involved:

1. Sit in a relaxed and comfortable position. Clear out all distractions.
2. Shield and Ground yourself through visualization or invocation.
3. Invoke the divine Reiki to flow through you. Call upon your Reiki gurus Reiki masters, Angels, Archangels, Spiritual Angels, Spiritual Guides and Your personal Reiki Master to assist and guide you in this process.
4. Relax yourself and Reach the Alpha State (you can use any technique that you are familiar with to do this).
5. Activate all the ‘Usui’ and ‘Karuna’ Reiki symbols.
6. If you are healing someone else, create a healing link between you and the client using HSZSN.
7. Activate the symbols Zonar, Halu, Harth, Sei He Ki and place your left hand at the back of the head and right hand over the ‘Third eye’ chakra channel the energy until the flow stops.
8. Once the flow stops change position and move one hand over the ‘solar plexus’ chakra and the other over the sacral chakra and continue to transmit Zonar, Halu, Iava, Harth and Sei He Ki until the flow stops.
9. Move then to the Root chakra and channel ‘Rama’.
10. Invoke Cho Ku Rei in a white ball of light and move it through the Crown chakra all the way to the Root chakra realigning all the chakras and anchor the new behavior replacing the old one.
11. Close the session.
12. Thank all the Reiki masters, Angels, Archangels, Spiritual Angels, Spiritual Guides and your personal Reiki Master for assisting you in the healing and for the healing that has taken place.
