What is Kundalini energy?
Kundalini is another form of energy, also known as “the Kundalini Fire”, present within human body that is often awakened by Reiki masters to enhance an ability of distant healing. When it is awakened, it starts from the base chakra and slowly moves upward to open remaining 6 chakras.
Why Kundalini Attunement?
Awakening Kundalini energy allows Reiki practitioners to use a powerful healing energy in distant healing. It is not necessary for you to travel and to be present in front of Reiki Master to be attuned.
Distant Attunement for Awakening Kundalini Energy
One of the most important things for getting Kundalini attunement is intent. There should be intent from Reiki master to give attunement and intent in recipient to receive the Attunement. If “hands on” or remote, the quality of the attunement is same. In most cases, it requires three attunements and 6 boosters to awaken Kundalini energy. It typically takes not more than 30 minutes for each booster or attunement. It is also recommended to give a significant break between each attunement and booster. A break of 5 to 7 days can help in getting better results.
The series of attunements enable Reiki masters to enlarge, open and strengthen the chakras and energy channels within human body. This gradually enables kundalini energy waves to initiate from the base chakra and travel upwards cleansing all the chakras from energy blockages. This attunement enable practitioner to channel more energy that allows them to reach higher consciousness level.

With an ability to work with more energy and with strengthened chakras, Reiki practitioners find it much easier to work with distant healing using Reiki. With Reiki attunement, one can cleanse energy levels and strengthens the seven chakras. It helps people in making their natural energy pathways more powerful and active. It creates better connection of Reiki practitioners by opening up base chakra that enables a Reiki practitioner to use more of the Earth energies for Reiki healing.
The Kundalini attunement helps in opening and strengthening the energy channels that enables Reiki practitioner to achieve an ability to heal people with their intentions. When an open state of Kundalini is achieved, it refers to complete cleansing of all the chakras from root to crown chakra. This opens up the energy channels completely that enables Earth energies to travel within body easily.
Kundalini Reiki Attunements – Level 1 to 3
The first attunement enables a person to open energy channels by strengthening root chakra for better channeling of Reiki energies within body. With open channels and better flow of energy, a person prepares for the second attunement.
With second attunement, all other channels are cleansed and strengthened. The energy gradually travels upwards to the Solar Plexus chakra and prepares a person for third attunement.
The third attunement further strengthens all previous attunements and Kundalini fire becomes stronger. The energy travels upward to and out of crown chakra completing the process.
