If you know anything about my spiritual journey, you must know that I share a special bond with my favourite – Archangel Raphael. Yes, a lot of people rave about bonding with Archangel Michael. And personally, I totally get that – I love him. BUT, for me, Archangel Raphael is super special. As a healer, if there’s one energy frequency I want to embody- it is his.
There have been times when I have been completely distraught and hopeless and my heart has cried out for help, and just like a breath of fresh air – Archangel Raphael has made his presence felt. His energy is purely peaceful and high vibing. He feels like a cool ocean breeze on a warm sunny day. This is exactly why Archangel Raphael is a treat to work with if you wish to take your clairsentience game to the next level.
Clairsentience or “clear feeling” is a gift that many of us are unknowingly blessed with. Walking into a room if you can sense the energy – you are clairsentient. If you feel drained around some people and energised around some others, you are clairsentient. If you can clearly feel another’s emotions, or during a healing session, you can feel another’s pain, hurt, blocks and vibe strongly as your own – you are clairsentient. Often we place too much focus on the more glamorous Clair – Clairvoyance and that is exactly why we may miss out on noticing this beautiful gift that we may be innately born with – Clairsentience.
Activating Clairsentience with Archangel Raphael is simpler than it may seem. Here’s your simple guideline:
- Sit in a comfortable place and position.
- Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and gradually fall into the natural rhythm of your breath.
- Focus on your heart -centre and feel it vibrate.
- As you go deeper into your heart space, you will notice that your aura/ energy field around you begins vibrating.
- Ask Archangel Raphael to energise your energy field, clear it and help you activate and fine-tune your clairsentience abilities.
- Enjoy being surrounded by Raphael’s wings knowing that your wish is granted.
- When you are ready, open your eyes and firmly plant your feet to the ground. Drink a glass of water.
Do remember, energy clearing is extremely essential for clairsentient people. So whenever you feel heavy or drained (or even every day) take a few moments to clear your energy before you go to bed!
