In the current chaos due to COVID-19, everything is on hold including our lives. The only thing predictable in terms of finance, economy, and health is unpredictability. We are not sure how long this battle would last and the results. Many people lost lives and many are still struggling, many people are in financial disasters due to loss of jobs. Everything seems gloomy.
The reason for this article is to have some hope and gather some strength for the upcoming crisis that will come in the next weeks. I am also a pharmacist, working currently, and every day facing new challenges. Another reason for writing this article is to create some awareness.
Let us divert our mind to have some peace and create some positivity for the world. Spare an hour for the next 3 weeks to generate some Reiki energy circles and get help from the universe to heal the world. For that, we need to heal ourselves, family and friends and all people who are struggling to have some more breaths. We are going to do a simple Reiki healing meditation for the next 21 days and pray for peace for the world. The best time to do this meditation is morning but do as per your convenience and at the same time so the energy you receive and give back to have the maximum effect.
- First, clean the place you are going to use for the meditation. Take some candles of white color (represents peace), we are going to light them up during the meditation. You can also use the crystals and essences as you prefer. If you have more than one person at home, you can also create a Reiki circle for this meditation.
- Before you perform the meditation, you can use the Reiki Shower technique that I have mentioned in one of the previous articles. Or just take a simple bath with saltwater. Play relaxing music or chanting of Mantra whichever you prefer in the background.
- Face the east side to maximize the Sun energy if you are doing in the morning and that is the best time. You can also sit near the window if you are having rising sun rays coming through the window. Let the sun rays fall upon you. That energy is the best cleaning not only for viruses and bacteria but also for the negativity. Lighten up the candles especially if you are doing the meditation at night, else use the sun energy if you are doing the meditation during the mornings.
- Start the meditation by taking 5-7 deep breaths. Close your eyes and enjoy the sunlight on your forehead while doing your Reiki prayer. Activate all four symbols and bring all the concentration to the Third Eye chakra. Let the Reiki flow through all the chakras and the whole body by keeping your concentration at the Third Eye. Continue taking deep breaths.
- Enjoy every single ray warmth and visualize the cleaning in the body, not only virus or bacteria but all black energy and blocks. See them gradually leaving your body and disappearing completely. If you are having Reiki circle, one hand is used for giving energy and the other hand is used for receiving energy and please visualize the same while performing the meditation.
- Now, mentally, repeat some statements that create real energy of words and sound. If you are doing a Reiki circle, please use loudly, one person can speak and the others can repeat. “I am healthy, happy and positive. My brain tuned in a way that it helps to find positive solutions for anything I need.” “My family is happy, healthy and supportive and we are together and can deal with any situation positively.” “If something unusual happens with me, that brings new lessons in my life and that helps me to become a better person.”
- Now visualize that the whole earth is inside your palms and you are healing whole earth by transferring the universe’s white energy to every area. You can also focus on some particular places and send energy or particular people by visualizing their faces.
- Continue taking deep breaths, smile and enjoy these moments of peace that will bring peace to every single person out there.
- Complete your meditation by rubbing the palms and pressing on the close eyelids and open them gradually. Feel the new freshness of the air and drink plenty of water for the next 24 hours to circulate this energy and assimilate into your body.
Apart from this, some simple tips:
- Drink plenty of fluids
- Wash your hands frequently
- Maintain a safe distance and keep motivating people around for the positivity.
