Antahkarana is an ancient symbol that is a very powerful symbol. It is the connection between the physical body and the higher energy. Just having it with us helps to protect us from negative energy.
Below are some uses of Antahkarana in our life:
- Sticking the symbol on the wall opposite to the entrance will not allow negative energy into the house.
- By placing any object or thing on Antahkarana helps to remove negatives from it.
- By placing the Antahkarana under the mattress while you are sleeping it helps to cleanse all the chakras and Aura.
- Make a sandwich with two Antahkaranas and stick a photo of the person or client to speed up the healing.
- Place the Antahkarana in the Reiki box to clear the obstacles for the wishes in the intention slips.
- Carry the symbol in your wallet it protects you from negative energy.
- Place a Male Antahkarana symbol in your shop or in the money box in the shop to develop your business.
- When you are healing a person for example if he is suffering from heart related issue place the person’s photo on the green colored Antahkarana. This helps for faster healing for the person with heart-related issue.
- Take an Antahkarana and charge it with an intention for abundance amount flow in your life and place it in the money box.
- You can meditate by placing the symbol under your chair to experience more energy flow in your body.
- During the Reiki healing, ask the person to sleep on the Antahkarana symbol cloth as it cleanse the blockages of the back chakras and the healer can do healing on the front chakras which helps to heal faster.
The symbol require no attunements, just the images need to be printed in any size, and laminated. Merging this powerful symbol with Reiki brings profound outcomes.

Hi Geeta ji , good day to you and your family.I have a very important question to you. Since you have written the article on Antahkarana, I find you as the right person. The Square with 16 small antahkaranas, how it is used? I somewhere read that this symbol removes negativity completely and this should kept in any room for 24 hrs only.if one hangd it on a wall for more tha 24 hrs. it will suck then the positive energy also making the room negative. So kindly give your honest comments as how to use it. I will be highly obliged to you.

Hi Jashvir,
Antahkarna removes negativity in a particular area where you have placed. It spreads it’s energy( positive) all over the room. There is no time restriction that it should be kept it for 24hrs. I have placed Anthakarna in my house since 6years back and still it is at same place. I recommend to use multiple block Anthakarnas to place crystals on it and or any object to remove negativity and male/female Anthakarnas for meditation or for protection.

Can anthakarana be printed in black and white or have to be in true colours

Eg, for under the bed which symbol?
On the wall to remove negativity- which symbol
For pain relief which out of the symbols is preferred
For protection, chakra cleanse etc.
