Nifty Hacks for Lazy Practitioners

Hey beautiful souls! How is everyone doing today?

I thought today, let the article be a bit different, amidst all the knowledge that you gain every day, let me share some hacks with you all, which may make your life a bit easier when you are pressed of time!

1. Cannot make time for self-healing? Program Reiki with the intention “Reiki flow to my whole body for the next 24 hours” X3

2. Have a Reiki box, but you are pressed with time, to sit with it for 15-20 minutes? Make a chi ball every day with the intention, “All the wishes presents in the Reiki box gets manifested for the highest good”

3. Shielding is cumbersome? Draw the power symbol around your Crown chakras to heal.

4. Want to give touch healing to self, but no time? Connect your left thigh to your back chakras, and right thigh to your front chakras and start giving healing to “all your chakras” by keeping your hands on your thighs!

5. If you want to heal all your whole body, but not comfortable with chi ball? You can keep your hands in Gassho or Namaste position, and start sending Reiki. As per acupressure, all your organ points are present in your palms, so we are sending healing to all acupressure points.

6. Always keep a Reiki chit with the intention “All my chakras are open and balanced” in your Reiki box or grid, it will ensure self-healing is on 24/7

7. Want to reduce weight or to make recovery very fast from an illness, make an energy bubble with the intention, and put self in the bubble. The healing bubble will continuously keep healing you with the intention and the results will be faster

8. Have issues to ground yourself? Carry a piece of Black Tourmaline along, whenever you sit, put the crystal between your feet.

9. If you have to send Reiki urgently to someone, and cannot move your hands or have tough time to visualize, draw the symbol on your palate with your tongue and release it with the intention to whom the healing should flow. You can also visualize the symbols coming out of your eyes and going to the specific person or situation for healing.

10. To increase your income or finance, Reiki the cash in your wallet, it will double, triple or even become four times in a very short period of time.

11. Before retiring for the day, it’s a good idea to state the intention “I clear all my vows, promises, contracts and curses across space life and dimensions which serve me no purpose” and send it healing with the emotional symbol for 2 minutes.
