Make the Most Out of Reiki

Hello Everyone!
I missed you. I had been on a sabbatical for a long time due to personal issues but now I am back and hope we get to interact a lot now through articles.

In school, we all were taught “Energy can neither be created nor can be destroyed. It can be only converted from one form to another.” This line describes the whole universe and everything that exists in this universe. Everything is energy, hence nothing gets destroyed it merely transmutes from one state to another. Even we die our body changes from skin and bones to ash or fossil, thus the word banishment of energies does not exist in my dictionary. The energy is being merely converted.

When I say this to people, they generally do not agree with me stating, “what if we banish a person from our life?” We only “banish” a person from our lives when their energies are hurting us, once we “transmute” the energies from hurt to unhurt, the person is just physically not present in our lives, but energetically their aura/energies have been transmuted and their energies don’t hurt us. They only give us unconditional love and blessings.

Hence for past few months when I give healing, I tweak the intentions in such a way, that my clients and I not only achieve what we desire but also get more out of it. Confused?

Let me explain with an example

If someone wants to reduce weight, earlier the intention use to be:
“I am thankful to Reiki for all my/the other person’s excess fat has gone, this or better, thank you.”

Once I started using the transmutation method, I realised I can do so much with one intention, hence my new intention can be something like this:
“I am thankful to Reiki to transmute all my excess fat to good karma/money/love and light, this or better, thank you.” You can use one of the above options or anything else with what you resonate with.

Once I started to use this method, I could see so many changes around and within myself, I was quite content with the results. You can use this method in touch healing, Reiki chits, chi ball as well as healing attunements.

Some of you may already be familiar with this or similar methods, and some of you may wish to try it out, but do let me know how your experience was.
