Healing Your Heart

Today people are so busy with earning money and their career that they fail to see their relationships failing. Every one of us getting hooked to competitions in career, lifestyles and getting the best in our life, we fail to see our heart getting wounded or our relationships with our spouse and family going for a toss.

We land up hurting ourselves and our near and dear ones. We fail to see that our hearts are locked. It’s so packed and closed with ego, hurt, anger, jealousy, anger, pain, grief that it has no place for love, kindness, mercy, and compassion.

It’s high time that we take charge of our own hearts. We tend to ignore ourselves. All our ailments in life and everything we suffer is linked to our suppressed emotions. So how do we heal our heart?

The first step to self-healing is forgiveness. This can be done by simple Ho’oponopono by saying:

I am sorry,
Please forgive me,
I love you,
I thank you

You can also add:   I forgive and bless you.

You can also invoke Archangel Chamuel and Raphael, Ascended Masters – Mother Kwan Yin to heal your heart and fill it with love and compassion.

Visualize pink light column and feel yourself inside it, soaking yourself fully in the pink light. You are infused with the divine pink light of love. As you soak yourself feel all the negative emotions getting dissolved and washed away from you.

These are few simple things that you can do to heal your heart. Though the whole process is actually very complex and lengthy these are some things with which you can start off.
