Protect Yourself from Spirits that Suck Your Energy

When you are in the healing field, it is regular for you to get in touch with spirits or vice-versa. While spirits do connect to us in our regular healing/Reiki sessions, it is inevitable to be not in touch with spirits.

But, how will you figure out that the spirits are helping you? At times, some spirits just hover on us to suck our energy. Here are some signs to recognize that you have around spirits that want to suck your energy:

• You will feel low-energy for days together. No amount of rejuvenating will make you feel better.
• You would feel heavy and being watched at odd hours.
• You will be having nightmares or strange dreams that involve “being attacked” or “fighting with energies.”
• You will experience disturbed sleep for more than one week. Or your sleep will be distributed/completed in slots.
• You might experience anxiety, sadness, or be overwhelmed easily.
• Your concentration can decline.
• You may experience body ache or other small alignments.

If you are experiencing anything of the above or such weird stuff on heavy intensity, you need to clear your house.  Use sage to clear off the negativity. You can use the leaves or the incense sticks. Be sure, to burn the leaves and spread the foam in the house. Or plant incense sticks in corners of your house.

Then, follow the following steps to make your house clearer.

1. Once the basic negativity is out, clear a spot by using sea salt.
2. Place your stones or candles you use during Reiki.
3. Meditate for some time.
4. Begin the Reiki as guided by your Guru.
5. First, make your safety circle.
6. Vision a white light floating around and inside you. This light will keep you safe guarded and fight the negative energies that can possible try to break your Reiki practice.
7. Now, set intention that your house is being cleared. And request Reiki to help you in clearing the space.
8. Use the Master symbol or Cho Ku Rei symbol to drive the vision.
9. Imagine a white light floating all around your home. With this white light, a yellow light is sucking up all the unwanted energies in it. Slowly as all the negativity is being sucked, the yellow light is disappearing, and only white light is remaining in your home.
10. Ensure that yellow light is no longer there.
11. Set an intention that the white light is always there to protect you and your house from any kind of psychic attack or energies.
12. Say thanks to Reiki.
