Another year has gone past and it is time to welcome a brand new year! As we bid goodbye to the old and welcome the New Year, let us take a moment to express our gratitude for the gift of Reiki in our lives. No matter when you started your journey with Reiki, it is part of your life and will continue to be so for the rest of your lifetime and beyond.
As we welcome the New Year, I would like to share a higher vision with you – a vision that will help you create a blessed and joyous year! This process requires you to trust your intuition one hundred percent! The best time to do it would be after a Reiki self healing.
Here’s how
- Close your eyes and take a moment to connect with your Reiki Guides and Angels.
- Once you feel connected, visualise them appearing before you with a bag full of presents.
- Smile and greet them!
- Receive the gifts they have brought for you.
- As you receive each gift, say ‘thank you’ and place it by your side.

- Continue to receive until you feel that you are done and they have handed over everything that they brought for you. Trust your intuition!
- Unwrap your gifts one by one. As you unwrap each present, intuitively feel what it symbolises. For instance, one gift may be symbolic of ‘love’, while another may be symbolic of ‘abundance’. Trust your intuition. Unwrap all the presents and make a note of what each represents. It could represent many things such as love, peace, harmony, Reiki, family, spiritual growth, knowledge, fulfilling career, finances, healing, health, etc. Trust the process and stick to what feels right for you!
- Read through your list and know that you deserve to receive the best!
- Feel the joy and elation that this process may bring you. Expand your vision and allow this positive feeling to expand outward to envelop the rest of Planet Earth. Intend that it brings blessings wherever needed! Express your gratitude to your Guides and Angels.
- Place this list in your Reiki box or altar. Let it remind you of the blessings the Universe has in store for you in the coming year. Alternatively, you may burn the list and release the energy out into the Universe.
We have the power to create our reality. This New Year let us connect with our Higher Self to create a blessed reality for ourselves, our loved ones and all of Mother Earth! I pray that this New Year brings you the very best! Sending you love, light and blessings.
