Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen and Connecting to the Present

It is an inherent tendency of Humans to either live in the past or to think and plan for the future. Our Creator has bestowed such a beautiful present of life to live in the NOW. If we live in the present take up one puzzle (issues/situations/people) at a time, solve the puzzle and then move on to the next life becomes easier, simpler, and happier for us to live. It has been so aptly stated by Buddha, ”Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.” Our future depends on what we do today.

To gain greater insight about any problem, person, situation, or any issue, however trivial or grave, that is consuming all your energies, making you delve into the past or in the future, connect to it using HSZSN (Distance Healing Symbol).

Then set the intention. Be accurately specific.

Draw or visualize HSZSN. At times I am guided to draw multiple HSZSN.

Sit silently for 5-7 minutes or as long as you are guided to. Be attentive to the thoughts, ideas, visions, and emotions that you experience.

Then draw SHK (mental or emotional healing symbol) with the intention of clearing any blockage and finally seal it with the power symbol. If you are attuned to the master symbol draw it as well.

Ensure that you ACT on the guidance received.

If this technique is practiced for a while, you will notice that in due course of time you will develop clarity of thought followed by crispness in planning and execution, definitely connecting to the present and resolving issues affecting you.

Create happiness. “ Always say ‘yes’ to the present moment………..Surrender to what is. Say ‘yes’ to life—- and see how life starts suddenly to work for you rather than against you”.
