Mantras are powerful healing affirmations filled with energy. They are great for removing karmic blocks and bringing healing to our souls. That can also be used to work on specific chakras or all of them by using sound. Mantra is a sacred formula, it is a subtle form of a deity, sound/vibration. The Bija mantra is one of the most powerful type of mantra. They are the most powerful bringing about change and healing in unexpected ways. Each chakra has their very own Bija mantra. The mantras sound is perfectly attuned to their assigned chakra. Below is the list of the Chakra Bija mantras.
You can repeat them individually on your mala depending on which chakra you want to work on or you can repeat them each 7 seven times, OM 3 times and then the Crown chakra silence while visualizing the corresponding color for that chakra.

Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the “life force energy” which flows through all of us. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. With the use if Reiki and mantras we are able to heal our chakras. Bring them into alignment and help clear the imbalance or karmic blocks we are working on.
