7-Day Chakra Cleansing Therapy

In order for our bodies to function in a finest way, all of our 7 chakras need to be balanced allowing our energy to flow smoothly through our body. If one of the chakras is not functioning well, then the others won’t function as well as they should. Some of them can even work too much or too hard, which also sends our bodies and emotions into free-fall.

In a busy schedule of today’s life all we need is 21 minutes for 7 days. As healers we also need to stay healed, and to offer best service to our clients, wouldn’t it be nice to have no blockages within ourselves.

This 7-day Chakra Therapy is the simplest yet most effective way to clear the blockages from all your chakras in just 21×7 minutes.

Here is how it works

• Day 1: Place one hand on the Root chakra and with the other hand give Reiki to all the chakras including Root for 3 minutes each.
• Day 2: Place one hand on the Hara (Sacral) chakra and with the other hand give Reiki to all the chakras including Hara for 3 minutes each.
• Day 3: Place one hand on the Solar Plexus chakra and with the other hand give Reiki to all the chakras including Solar Plexus for 3 minutes each.
• Day 4: Place one hand on the Heart chakra and with the other hand give Reiki to all the chakras including Heart for 3 minutes each.
• Day 5: Place one hand on the Throat chakra and with other hand give Reiki to all the chakras including Throat for 3 minutes each.
• Day 6: Place one hand on the Third Eye chakra and with the other hand give Reiki to all the chakras including Third Eye chakra for 3 minutes each.
• Day 7: Place one hand on the Crown chakra and with the other hand give Reiki to all the chakras including Crown chakra for 3 minutes each.

Note: you may also start with the Crown chakra. But its better to not shuffle between the chakras. Happy Healing!
