Energy is what keeps us going through our busy schedule and routine work. Many times, we feel low or unenergetic because the energy flow within our body decreases. It can be due to various reasons such as lack of sleep, tiredness, bottled emotions, negative thoughts and feelings, stress, tension, or anger. Even if you have been using Reiki daily to shield and protect yourself, there can be times when you are influenced unknowingly by other people’s aura. It can also drain your energy.
Therefore, if at any point of time, you feel low on energy, you can instantly get a boost in it by following a simple 15-minute Reiki energy booster therapy through Solar Plexus (the Manipur Chakra). Solar Plexus chakra is an essential chakra because by providing it Reiki for minimum 15-minute, you can directly clear and strengthen the rest of your chakras.
Follow the simple steps to feel energetic again:
Step 1: Ground yourself. Choose a comfortable lying or sitting position.
Step 2: If you are feeling any negative emotions or blockages, let them surface and acknowledge them. Mentally prepare yourself to overcome them.
Step 3: Now take deep breaths till you feel relaxed and calm.
Step 4: Place your hand on Solar Plexus chakra. With it, you can choose to place your other hand on either forehead or Sacral chakra or any other chakra, which needs Reiki.
Step 5: Use the five mantras to begin Reiki. If you are accustomed to level 2 and 3 symbols, use them as needed while keeping intention.
Step 6: Let the love and light of Reiki flow within you. Visualize the white light flowing inside of you, removing all the blockages, and filtering the emotions. Intent that the light stays inside of your body and keeps you energetic all day long.
Step 7: Visualize the white light creating a strong shield around you that protects you from all the negative actions, aura, thoughts, and/or feelings.
Step 8: Continue the process of healing for 15-minutes. If you feel, you can even extend it as per your visualization and the need to heal yourself.
Step 9: Once the flow of the Reiki has reduced or stopped; and you emotionally, mentally, and physically feel energetic, you can stop the process.
Step 10: Remember to balance the energy inside of you. Offer your thanks to Reiki, Dr. Mikao Usui, and God.

Actually,I realize something after reading few years about the practice , that every Reiki Master have his own way to start the energy flow ,so if you ask me just go how u feel it . Its personal, just go ahead with love.
