Most of us are waiting or searching for that “special someone“ to walk our divine path with. We call them soul mates. But, in reality we have many potential soul mates. They are people towards whom we feel a great affinity. In fact our parents, siblings, children, friends, teachers etc. are all our soul mates. And yet for some of us a soul mate is that one person whom we see as a romantic partner.
Soul Mate Reiki does not depend on us believing any specific philosophy regarding soul mates. It’s up to us how we want to channel the symbol. We can channel the symbol to attract our “The one” romantic connection or just friends with whom we share a very deep bond. Since there is a great interest in soul mate as a romantic life partner SMR (Soul Mate Reiki) is can be used to bring our partner in our lives.
The Soul Mate symbol and ways to use it:
1) Activate the Distance Symbol and draw the SMR symbol on your palms, heart and emotion chakras and chant “SMR” 3 times giving Reiki to these Chakras. You can use it with any other symbol you know. (Let your Intuition guide you!)
Affirmation is very important. You can say:
“I am now ready to receive my soul mate with divine love and wisdom.” or “Thank You, Reiki, for giving me my soul mate with divine love and wisdom.” Or any such statement which appeals to you.
2) In case you want to use it for any particular person, you need that persons and your photo. Draw the SMR symbol in the center between the 2 photos and also on each of the photos to activate.

On the other side of the paper the Power Symbol, Emotional Healing Symbol, Distance Healing Symbol, Master Symbol (Optional) can be drawn. Channel Reiki into it for 20 minutes every day.
3) Another powerful way to use this symbol is to connect with your higher self. Sit quietly and do deep breathing. Activate HSZSN and SMR; say: “I ask my Higher Self to help me to connect with my Soul Mate”. When you feel heat on your palms, keep your hand on the Heart Chakra.
For those of us who do not know who our soul mate is, our higher self-connects to the higher self of our soul mate and they may feel some vibrations or guidance from their higher self on how to find us.

This symbol can be only used by people who have done Reiki 2 or above. Yes one needs to be attuned to this symbol.
can we self attune if we did only 2nd level?
No one needs to be a Reiki Teacher to attune someone.

One can attune themselves to a symbol who is a Reiki Master Teacher. If you are not approach a Reiki Master Teacher for attunement.

I’m a reiki practitioner in Scotland. Currently at level two and aiming to do a master level soon. How does one become attuned to this symbol? I understand that a reiki master/ teacher can do attunements but what if the teacher hasn’t been attuned to this symbol?

Hi how can I use this symbol on my client who is in love with a boy, having some disturbances with his parents.
This is a fab article but i dont understand the attunement process..why is there no clear answer to the questions posted. At Reiki level 2 we are never given the option of this symbol

I am a bit puzzled about the “use on someone specific”. I doubt that we can, and that we should, decide by ourselves who should be our soulmate… And I also doubt that we should use Reiki to make things happen between us and another person. This does not respect the free will of the other person, but is a manipulation.

Even if we use it on someone specific, Reiki will only bring that person in our life if he/she is good for us. Reiki is a smart energy and works for the greatest good.

I do not mean to offend anyone but as a Reiki Master Teacher may I say that as this is not a Reiki Symbol given in an attunement that it would be open to anyone who wishes to use it. Draw the symbol, sit with it in meditation and see what impressions come to you. I have used a non-reiki symbol since my second attunement, it resonated with me, so I tried it out. When used with loving intention any symbol can be used. I understand that Traditional practitioners may disagree with me and that is their perogative. Love and Light x

I firmly know I do me know, that it is an invasion of anyone spiritual space to put up a picture and request that that person be your mate. The only one you can invade is yourself. The only one that can bring you to your completeness is yourself. You are your world and out of this you can share it with others. This is not a true Reiki symbol. Hello ,Sunetra I am Dinesh and I have Got level 1 and 2 about 2 years back but I never got to use or practice it ,I want to know whether after taking attunement if we are not using it can it goes against us as I am health wise down since 2 years and how to re ignite it or need not ,I have been learning so many healing therapies like Bach flower,Chakra cleaning but I am getting frustrated as I do want to be healthy and fit myself first,Being in pain yourself and trying to heal others will not be wise even my own family wont believe me,I think I have amassed lot of unused energy as I am doing chantings,mantras,Bhajans from Childhood,Kindly suggest me away or method to come out of this mindset and be useful for self and others,Thanks !

I am new in reiki practice and i practice it daily… i was searching for soulmate reiki from last few days and with the grace of god was able to find this article which contain complete and precise knowledge.. i have one query can i use soulmate reiki symbol and photos digitally i mean i have photo of that particular person i want to be with but i have only softcopy…. can i draw symbol with the help of phn or laptop and copy mine and his photo and give healing , as i know intentions are more important in reiki and reiki will help me and guide me only if i want life long happy relationship with that person reiki will not guide in case i have selfish feelings,,,,, i think reiki is guiding me its only than i was able to search abt soulmate reiki….plz reply maam.
