Breaking Down Walls with Love Meditation

Love is a very powerful healing energy. When you pair it with Reiki you are creating one of the most powerful healing duos there is. The healing properties of Love and Reiki have the ability to break down any wall that is causing a block in your life. Below you will find the Reiki meditation that I share with clients when they have a wall up around them that is creating a block. I am excited to share it with you and hope that it will aide you in your own practice or that you may pass it along to others.

Breaking Down Walls with Love Meditation:

1. Begin by cleansing the room you are going to do your meditation in. Make one large power symbol over every wall, door and corner. Set the mood of the room by lighting a candle and adding any relaxing music that you like. Spending two minutes setting the right mood in your meditative space can really help you have an incredible meditative session.

2. Sit or lay down in your meditative space and make one large power and then one large emotional healing symbol over yourself. Do you have something that has created a wall around you and caused a block in your life? What is it? Allow it to sit before you for about a minute. Thank it for its presence. It has built this wall to try and keep you safe. Acknowledge this, thank it for doing so and then tell it that it is no longer needed. You are ok and ready to live a new amazing life clear of walls and full of love.

3. Picture a stream of pink light full of pure love coming down from the sky and swirling around the cause of your wall. Make one large emotional healing symbol in front of this thing. Beam Reiki to it for 10 minutes. During this time do not focus on the wall. Instead focus on the pure love that is surrounding it, healing it, and dissolving it completely. Notice as you beam the Reiki that this pink light is gently breaking down the wall. Pieces of the wall are falling down and evaporating as healed energy into the sky. Notice how much lighter the room is starting to feel. Notice how much lighter you are starting to feel.

4. At the end of the 10 minutes make one large grounding symbol and end the session. Thank Reiki and the energy of love for the healing that has just occurred.
