When you bring Reiki into your life you will notice that the Universe tries to communicate with you in amazing ways. One of these is through the use of symbols. Often times these symbols will be those of animals. I am an animal lover and absolutely love to use animal Reiki. The more animal Reiki I did the more and more I noticed that the Universe was showing me animals as symbols. Today, I’d like to share what I’ve been shown about a very powerful animal in the hopes that it can help you.
Bear Energy is a very powerful force that deals with a lot of dualities. Bears symbolize a warrior spirit but yet are also a symbol of peace. The main meaning here is that when a bear appears to you it is a sign from the universe inviting you to embrace your own power.
Bear Energy can be a very powerful energy to pair with Reiki and is an awesome thing to tap into when teaching a Reiki class. It can aide in regular Reiki sessions and in meditations as well. If you have a client who is an animal lover it can offer huge benefits when teaching them visualization techniques.

Self-Reiki & Bear Energy Routine To Embrace Your Power
- Begin a Self-Reiki session the way that is comfortable for you.
- After you begin, and are ready to beam Reiki to yourself call on the Bear Energy. To do this picture a bear before you. Ask that it aide you in your Reiki session and that it help you learn to embrace your power.
- Beam Self-Reiki to yourself for as long as you feel called to do so.
- During this time notice what issues may appear in your mind and/or what solutions may appear as well.
- Keep a journal with you and note anything you find at the end of your Self-Reiki session.
I recommend working with Bear Energy for about a week at a time. At the end of the week read over your journal and see what messages are waiting for you.
