I have done it for at least 5 times by now..and I need to do it..and Haripriya I am so thankful to you I have developed my speaking confidence I have just learnt to speak my truth so calmly understading and composed way that I am surprised on myself…One thing is there whenever I do this visualisation my throat feels choked of for 2-3 days and u know my voice becomes sweet and I love expressing myself these days..as I am expressing and finding the other person equally beautiful worth listening This is the most powerful audio on throat chakra that I have come across..I am grateful to you..you have become part of my gratitude every day these days..Thanks a lot Dear May GOD BLESS YOU WITH MORE AND MORE TODAY AND ALWAYS
