Reiki has the power to heal on all levels—mental, emotional, spiritual, and yes, even physical. I always knew Reiki was powerful, but what I experienced two years ago made me believe in it with my whole heart.
It wasn’t just healing. It was grace. It was magic.
Let me take you back to that moment.
Two years ago, I was struck by intense back pain. It wasn’t new to me—I had felt this kind of pain before. But this time, something inside me said: “This isn’t just physical.”
Having been through similar discomfort in the past, I recognized the symptoms. But back then, I wasn’t yet a Reiki practitioner. This time, I was—and that changed everything.
Soon, I realized the root of the pain: a kidney stone. The pain was sharp, relentless, and hard to manage. I scanned my lower back using Reiki and could feel the energy shift around the blocked area. The stone had passed down into the urethra and was now obstructing the passage.
I began experiencing difficulty urinating. The pressure in my lower abdomen was constant and heavy. I kept rushing to the bathroom, unable to find relief. It became difficult to breathe, let alone relax.
That’s when I turned to Reiki—not just as a practice, but as my medicine. I was already practicing Reiki daily, but now my focus shifted completely. My intention was clear: remove the kidney stone, heal my kidney.
I started giving Reiki to the affected area twice a day—once after waking and again before sleeping. The pain would temporarily subside, but the pressure remained. I trusted the process and increased the frequency to 2–3 times during the day, for about 4–5 minutes each session.
Reiki was working—not by force, but through a soft, consistent presence. And so was I.
I knew water was essential for flushing out kidney stones, so I added another layer to the healing: Water Reiki. I began charging my drinking water with Reiki energy and blessings. I could feel the difference—it made the healing more fluid, more intense, yet still gentle.
Alongside the energy work, I also started speaking positive, healing affirmations: “My kidney stone is removed, and now my kidneys are free from stones and completely healthy.” I repeated it often, believing every word.
And then—it happened. On the third day, the stone passed naturally during urination. It was the first time I had ever seen a kidney stone with my own eyes. And it truly was a stone. Solid. Real. A visible, physical result of the energy healing I had trusted so deeply.
That moment changed something inside me forever. It proved to me—not just mentally, but physically—that Reiki works. And not in a vague, invisible way… but in a tangible, undeniable one.

I am deeply grateful that Reiki found me—and became part of who I am. This experience deepened my belief in Reiki’s power. It showed me that energy doesn’t push—it flows. It doesn’t force—it eases. Reiki met me in my pain and carried me through it, softly, steadily, and fully.
And that’s why I believe: Reiki is not just a healing technique. It’s a way of living. A sacred rhythm of life.
