Guided by Usui, Held by Angels: The Story of Jiko Ai Reiki®

Like many of you, my path began with the traditional teachings of Usui Reiki in 2015. I was devoted, passionate, and endlessly curious. Over the years, I embraced the energy, shared it, taught it, and let it shape me. Reiki became part of my daily breath.

But beneath the flow of that energy, there was always something quietly aching in me. A place I had yet to meet with compassion.

I struggled with self-love for years. It was a quiet ache that lingered beneath the surface, even while I was surrounded by Reiki energy. I gave so much to others, but rarely turned that same love inward. When I finally began to truly love myself again—not conditionally, not in pieces, but fully—the downloads for Jiko Ai Reiki® came through. It was as if Usui Sensei said, “Now you’re ready. Now you understand. Now you can help others remember their own worth and walk the path of self-love, too.”

During the channeling, I felt a presence. Not just one—three. Usui Sensei, Archangel Chamuel, and Seraph Rose Aura. They stood with me, guiding me through the creation of Jiko Ai Reiki. Self-Love Reiki.

The world needs more love. And where does love start? That’s right…with yourself

The moment I began working with this energy, I felt it shift things in me—softly, but unmistakably. Jiko Ai Reiki® flowed not just into my hands, but into my heart. Into the spaces that even years of healing hadn’t fully touched.

This energy doesn’t shout. It doesn’t force. It invites.
It invites you to rest. To breathe. To meet yourself.
Not the version of you you’re trying to fix or improve.
But the one who has always been enough.

Jiko Ai Reiki® reconnects you to the one who is already whole, already radiant. It dissolves the subtle resistance we sometimes hold against ourselves. It helps us let go of being “the healer” for a moment and become the one being held.

It’s a Reiki frequency that wraps itself around your inner world and whispers, “You are safe”. “You are love”. “You are home”.

And from that place, the healing flows naturally—because you’re not pushing. You’re allowing.

This is what Jiko Ai Reiki® has brought into my life.
