Discovering Nasika Chakra: A Spiritual Journey into the 6th Dimension of Healing

This information about Nasika Chakra came to me in January 2022 via channeling – during my meditation. The channeled messages kept coming almost till June 2023. It took me almost a year and a half to put this all together.

Nasika Chakra is the sixth dimensional Chakra located at your nose and is the midpoint between your Throat and Ajna Chakra which opens only after a certain degree of ascension and physically a significant turmoil in the Throat Chakra. In today’s world, the opening of this Chakra has become very important to activate our body’s natural healing system without taking any chemicals as a cure for illness. As we move towards the 5th Dimension – our bodies need this mechanism to ascend with ease.

The word Nasika is the Sanskrit term for nose. Symbolically the bridge of the nose relates to the spinal cord. Hence this chakra also connects to all the chakras on the spinal cord. Thus the tip of the nose is considered to be the base of the spine thus connecting to the Muladhara or the Root/ Base chakra. This energy centre encompasses all the chakras on the spine viz: Root Sacral Solar Plexus Heart and Throat and naturally connecting to the Ajna just above the nose between the eyes.

Also, the Yogic practice of Nasikagra Drishti “Nose tip gazing” is a practice that requires the practitioner to gaze at a point. This practice is very powerful in deep concentration and is practiced by advanced yogis. Nasika Chakra thus is a spiritual gateway for Looking within.

Facts about the Nasika Chakra

1. The color of Nasika Chakra is beautiful teal cobalt blue with silver sparkles
2. It connects the ear nose and throat together
3. Physically – It governs the lymph and lymphatic system in our body
4. The Nasika Chakra has 27 petals – most overlap
5. The element of the Nashik Chakra is light- primarily in form of fractals
6. Archangel Metatron & Barachiel work on this chakra
7. Mother Goddess Kali & Veerbhadra are associated with this chakra
8. Nasika Chakra signifies destruction and rebirth

After the opening of the Throat Chakra – if the Nasika Chakra is blocked it does not let the kundalini go till the third eye. The Third Eye Chakra gets blocked by fear and trauma. If the person is too practical or too rational the Third Eye does not open blocking the Nasika Chakra from getting activated.

Most of the time spiritual seekers, once they open up to the Heart Chakra or the compassionate love of the universe and a higher Heart Chakra raised to the Throat Chakra.

Throat Chakra gets activated after we understand the meaning of self-love boundaries and higher self-worth. In most cases the empaths have trouble in throat Chakra because they have not claimed that high self-worth – thus in process becoming people pleasers. Usually with the help of a teacher/spiritual teacher or a master one slowly understands and realizes the value of working on the Throat Chakra.

Working on the Throat Chakra might take time and might put you into an internal journey of spinning and pealing layers of you that no longer serve you it is like a major metamorphosis transforming into a different person and moving closer to becoming your authentic self.

Now the kundalini is beginning its new journey and if there are issues in the Ajna – The Nasika Chakra will experience symptoms like loss of voice, panic attacks extreme highs and lows, feeling afraid – These are just indicators of the past trauma in your body getting activated only for the purpose of getting released.

In my experience – Activation of this chakra might also make your body switch to a completely plant-based diet. This was my experience personally, however, you may choose or not choose to be on a plant-based diet. I would personally recommend a plant-based dairy-free diet as it spiritually activates your physical body to more light. However, it is not mandatory for every practitioner. Please follow your body awareness.

How do we work on this

We must work on the Nashika Chakra along with the triangle of Ear Chakra Throat Chakra and then the Ajna (Third Eye Chakra) and Heart Chakra together as the Nasika is a sixth Dimensional Chakra:

1. Take 15-20 mins for your practice
2. Sit In a comfortable position or lie down
3. Now ground yourself by imagining roots growing from the bottom of your feet and going deep into Mother Earth
4. Connect to the source or God energy which is from above your Crown Chakra
5. Invoke the protection of Archangel Michael
6. You may also draw the CKR symbol in front of you behind you then to your right and your left – also above and below
7. Now next since it is a higher dimensional Chakra will also invoke Archangel Metatron along with master Melchizedek to put their sacred geometry symbols all around you
8. We also invoke the green ray of earth – Archangel Raphael, Mother Mary and Master Hilarion
9. Next, invoke all the beings of this chakra – Archangel Barachiel, Mother Goddess Kali and Veerbhadra
10. Focus all your attention on your nose ears and throat – this is the triangle of the Nashika Chakra which gets activated when you focus on them
11. We can now draw all Reiki symbols all over the respiratory system starting from your nose going to your Throat and ears and also towards lungs
12. We use them in the following order
    a. We first draw Cho Ku Rei
    b. Then the Sei Hei Ki
    c. Then the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen
    d. Then the Dai Ko Myo – master symbol
    e. We can draw Karuna Reiki® symbols – Rama, Harth and Zonar all over your nose ears and Throat
    f. We finally close with a Cho Ku Rei
13. We channel Reiki for about 20 to 30 minutes
14. To close the session make sure you adjust the Chakra and aura to keep them at an optimum size and ground yourself once again
15. Finally thank all the beings who have helped us to do the healing

Please note that after this session – you may feel the need to drink more water. Please respect your body and hydrate well. Take ample rest when you work with this chakra and go on a light plant diet if you choose to.
