Reiki and Shungite

I shall remember the summer afternoon of 2015 when I first came across Shungite. My crystal supplier gave me a tiny piece of smooth silverish grey rock-like structure piece with my other crystals and charged me an exorbitant amount for it. I was furious at her as I had not ordered for it and secondly I found it to be “expensive”. Little did I know it will change my life forever. She suggested me to use it as it will give me a “guaranteed result”. I caved in and kept the piece with me, and she was right! Within a month it did give me guaranteed results!

What is Shungite?

Shungite is not a crystal but a mineral which has extremely high healing properties. It is found in Russia, a village named Shunga in Karelia. It is known for its incredible healing and protection properties, including boosting energy and immune system, balancing mind and emotions, protecting from harmful EMFs, detoxification and purification of the body. Shungite is said to be more than 2 billion years old and has some amazing life transformational properties.

How to use Shungite in meditation?

• Sit in meditation for 5 to 10 minutes in a place where no one will disturb you.
• Draw the power symbol or master symbol all over the room, or just send Reiki to the room for a while if you are not attuned to the symbol.
• Hold the cleaned piece of Shungite in your left hand, as the energies enter your body from the left-hand side and affirm time and again “I am a holy soul, I am a pure soul”.
• You will feel the negativity leaving your body and you shall feel less agitated or negative.
• It is also great to keep the piece of Shungite on that part of the body where you may feel there are stuck energies and are causing turmoil inside you.
• You shall feel lighter and better and the low energies getting transmuted to higher vibrations.
