Colour Therapy and Archangels – Part 1

In this part, I am going to make also a meditation with the colors and the Archangels.

BLUE

It is the colour of depth and assertive expression, and it has a wonderful tranquilizing effect. It helps to feel kindness and fluent communication (with light blue), detachment, calmness, unity and inner peace (with dark blue). It’s an excellent colour to deal with throat problems and breathe system.

Call upon Archangel Michael, meditate with deep blue to feel protected, to submit your fears, to cool down and overall line up with God´s will. Also when you want to release what it isn´t yours, when you want to connect with your higher self.

Blue in excess can make you feel moodiness or with cold feelings towards others. The crystals associated are Lapis Lazuli, Soladite, Angelate, and Zaphir.

PURPLE

This colour has been always associated with meditation, forgiveness, transmutation, and spirituality. It has the highest vibrational frequency and the shortest wave.

Call upon Archangel Zadquiel, meditate with purple to awake your intuition, to connect to your inner silence, to increase your memory and physique skills, to transform your thought patterns, to forgive and even to understand your dreams.

It´s useful in mental disorders and nervous difficulties. A lot of purple can create an excess of fanaticism. You can use Amethyst to meditate, rest, and fight insomnia.

PINK

It is a colour that can be used by men and women. Associated with love, strength, kindness, sensibility, feminine energy and delicacy.

Call upon Archangel Chamuel, meditate with this colour to attract life love, develop tenderness, compassion towards you, and purification of your being, release negativity, and understand the purpose of living.

You can use Pink Quartz, Rhodrochrosite.

Other Colours

GOLDEN: it represents the light and God´s protection
SILVER: it is used to connect with Mother Earth
WHITE: it means peace, purity, and positivism. It has all the colours in one. You can visualize metallic, iridescent, pearly
BLACK: it is associated with darkness, mystery, and lack of light. It dissipates the energy

Meditation with Colours and Archangels

• Find a comfortable place and close your eyes
• Inhale and exhale three times consciously to connect to yourself
• Relax
• Visualize yourself surrounded and protected by a white brilliant sphere with golden or silver sparkling, that comes to your crown from the source
• Invoke the assistance of your angels, guardian angel, with the archangel with whom you are going to work and the light
• Set the intention
• Visualize yourself inside a circle of light, or inside a sphere of the colour you want
• Inhale and exhale the air of the colour you are working with. Feel how the colour fill your cells and full it from amazing sensations
• Give thanks to all those who have been with you
