Are you an Atlantean? Do you react emotionally to the earth changes? Do you feel you don´t suit anywhere? Do you feel your duty is to heal the world is your responsibility? Do you feel sometimes blocked and unable to go on in your spiritual path?
If these questions activate an answer in your mind or in your heart, then maybe you could be an Atlantean soul, and you have a pattern which connects you with the Atlantis civilization.
Through this meditation, you can connect with the Atlantis civilization, and try to guess your past life as an inhabitant of that amazing culture.
Meditation
During this meditation, you will be taken to the crystal palace of Atlantis, where the beautiful healing colours of the Atlantis Energy will help you to pull down pain, illness, suffer, toxic or negative energies out of your body, soul, and aura and into the water of the pools will be transmuted and purified.
1. I would like you to find a place where you will be relaxed and comfortable and where you won´t be disturbed.

2. Start relaxing by closing your eyes and focusing on your breath, breathe in through your nose and allow the air to fill your lungs, down into the stomach and abdomen. Then slowly breathe out through your mouth allowing the air to come up from your abdomen, stomach, through your throat and then your mouth.
3. Keep breathing in and out, slowly and deeply until you feel completely relaxed.
4. Now I would like you to imagine yourself standing outside a beautiful large temple. You will notice that this temple has beautiful crystal steps leading up. Go ahead and walk up those steps until you come up to a large doorway. In front of you there is a beautiful crystal quartz point which shines brightly in colours; red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, indigo and royal purple which are the seven colours of the chakras.
5. Go ahead and start walking down the aisle of this beautiful healing temple, all the way down is full of quartz points which are placed along the aisle. As you get to the end of the aisle you will notice a doorway on the left side, that leads to the crystal healing rooms. Go ahead and walk through that doorway.
6. In the middle of this healing room, you will see a large crystal pool filled with crystal clear water surrounded by beautiful crystal points. There are Amethyst, Pink Quartz, Lapis Lazuli, all different kind of healing crystals depending on what type of healing you need.
7. Enter into the pool, it is made of smooth crystal quartz and the water is clear, bright, very warm and comfortable. Lie down in the healing pool and allow yourself to relax and feel the beautiful healing waters surrounding your entire body.
8. Close your eyes and relax and you will start sensing that there are angels in front of each of the different crystal points surrounding the pool. These are the healing angels of Atlantis. You will feel how these angels send you healing energy to your body, soul, and aura. Allow them to do that soothing healing.
9. You will feel that any pain, suffer … simply vanish, and that negative energy leaves your body, going upwards to a beautiful point quartz that is placed directly above the crystal pool, and turns into golden energy and up directly to God to be completed transmuted.
You will feel when the healing is completed and the angels will slowly bring you back to your physical body, and when you are ready to open your eyes.
