The utilization of Energy in our daily routine may present some unexpected aspects. Energy is all over, as everything that exists is energy, in its infinite forms and presentations. We are not alone, we are surrounded by those who have passed to the other side and by fairies, elves, gnomes and elemental beings.

As a rule of politeness, whenever we visit someone, before entering his home we ask for permission so, why not ask for permission when entering a forest, for instance, or the sea? For that purpose we can use:

Technique for Authorization and Protection

• Draw HSZSN and SHK and activate them.
• Send an energy of humility, love, peace, joy and harmony towards all the living beings (either in the Physical or in the Spiritual Plan), who inhabit that place and, ask for their permission to enter.
• Draw CKR (and activate it)
• Channel energy for 5 minutes.

A Bath of Energy

Is there anything better than to start one’s daily routine with a bath of Energy? We can use the Energy of the Universe during our bath (shower or immersion).

• Image the HSZSN and SHK symbols and activate them.
• Express the intention that the Energy of the Universe impregnates the water of the shower or in the bathtub.
• Imagine a CKR and activate it.
• Visualize or imagine that a cascade of Universe Energy is spread all over your body (instead of water drops you can use CKRs).
• If instead of a shower you use the immersion bath, visualize your body immersed in a sea of CKRs.
• Give yourself to that benediction while washing.
• Don’t forget to thank afterwards.

Some people imagine a “rain” of CKR coming out of the shower nozzle.
